Are you using content manager?
If yes, please take Screenshots and post them here so I can verify your settings :)

If the G920 LUT is still dead on the straights, then please try the "recommended" LUT with 50% gain!

This is how content manager should look like. These Screenshots are for the G923 though, so do everything like that, but try the G920 LUT instead.
If it's dead on straights, put the gain to 50% and try the recommended no clip but stronger LUT.

Looks good!
How strong is the "stuttering"? A bit of noise and vibrations is normal, it's because the Deadzone around the center is completely "filled" and the ffb motors are rattling a little bit.
Nothing to worry about, my G27 had no issues after 3 years of driving like that.

Is it shaking while driving down a straight or does it stay more or less straight and only moves a bit left/right?

tbh i just want my wheel to go back to the center realisticly i need realistic settings but everything ive tried felt off.
Yeah it's a bit tricky with the G920. I only had access to the G25/27/29 and Driving Force GT but not to the G920 and G923 so it takes some steps to get it right.

What is your Rotation Degrees in G Hub and Content Manager? Both at 900°?
And what's the sensitivity in G Hub? It should be set to 50%.

If that's all set correctly and it's still shaking:
Try 100% gain and the DFGT LUT.
It has way less strength in the center, but still a nice smooth curve. There are sadly different reports from G920 users. Some wheels seem to have a 14% deadzone, others between 1-5% so it's impossible for me to just tell you what's correct for your wheel :(

i did that too right now but its still shaking
With the DFGT LUT?
Mhh we need some data about your Deadzone then :/

You need to download the little tool "Wheelcheck" and do the Min force test:
Another RD User has put that tool into his Dropbox:

Ignore the rest of it, just start Wheelcheck and then don't touch anything at all, apart from selecting the Min force like here:
min-force-png.75876

The test will instantly start so don't touch your wheel while selecting it!
Your wheel will move a tiny bit and then you'll see a percentage value in the bottom left corner of the Wheelcheck window.

Please take a screenshot of this and/or write the number you're getting in here.

I'll edit one of my LUTs to fit that value :)

Mhh.. I'll guess into the blue here. 0.0% doesn't really make sense but it's difficult without having a G920 myself or a friend with one.

Can you send the full Wheelcheck window? 0.0% doesn't make sense for a Logitech wheel. It indicates a way too high gain inside g-hub. But you sadly have no gain slider, just the sensitivity.
The sensitivity is at 50%? And there's no other game running while you're doing the Wheelcheck Min force test?

Maybe repeat the test a few times.. If your wheel gets moved while Wheelcheck is running, you get wrong results.

If it's consistently at 0.0%, your wheel should be lively and slightly shaking on straights with 0% minimum force in content manager and without a LUT.
But you said it's a bit empty and dead around the center so this indicates a Wheelcheck Min force result of at least 3%. Anything up to 15% would make sense too.

Sorry that I can't solve it for you quickly. It's always difficult when I have to go through everything step by step because something doesn't make sense to me yet.

Okay, then we need to do it another way.
Delete all LUT files in your Documents/assetto corsa/cfg folder and also delete the ff_post_processing.ini

Then start content manager and check if no LUT is active anymore.
Set the ffb gain to 100% and the minimum force to 0%.

You should have a "dead" wheel around the center when driving straight.

If yes, please put the minimum force slider to 10%.
If your wheel is now shaking left and right whole driving down a straight, lower the minimum force to 5%.
If your wheel is still a bit dead in the center, set the minimum force to 15%.

Find the minimum force value where your wheel is not dead in the center anymore but is also not shaking too much left and right.

If you select the BMW Z4 GT3, your wheel should move left and right when going straight but you should be able to hold it from shaking itself up until your crash with one finger.

It will feel more it less okay but you will have some "clunk" or "notch" when driving through a chicane.
That's because the minumum force setting isn't smooth. It's a hard edge.
My LUTs all just replace the minumum force with a smooth curve. It's no magic, just a bit complex.

Tell me the minimum force value that feels the best for you.
I'll create your a LUT for it to make it smooth :)

i liked 0 because it didnt vibrate but the car just started uncontrollably drifting
but at 5% it started stuttering from left to right but felt better to drive. thank you for your help, i appreciate that.

Mhh, uncontrollably drifting?
Sorry, describing these things is difficult, I know. I'm not sure how to interpret that though.
I see you're from Germany. So for the sake of helping you, I think it's fine to write a bit in German on page 37.
People who are interested can use the Google translator...
