On the iOpener website there is a very interesting article about an upcoming World Rally Championship simulator:

World Rally Championship's next game: Racing live against rally heroes

The next generation WRC computer game will allow players to 'compete' in live rallies", states ISC chairman Neil Duncanson in the April version of SportBusiness International magazine. ISC, the global promoter of the World Rally Championship (WRC), mentions WRC's ultimate goal as building up an online gaming world championship alongside the real thing.
ISC and the computer gaming industry believe the next step in gaming is this 'live' competition between gamers and real drivers, made possible through iOpener's patented technology.
ISC CEO Simon Long says: "Now we are a global promoter, we want this to be multi-platform, multi-publisher, multi-territory."
For Long and Duncanson the new game is part of WRC's broader efforts to appeal new fans beyond the hardcore enthusiastics. FIA's chairman Max Mosley has said the virtual champion will be honoured at the WRC's annual end-of-season awards ceremony in Monaco.

Last April we already brought you the first news about iOpener Media's beta testers recruitment for their Real Time Racing project.

The news about this technology where virtual racers can compete against the real drivers on the track in real time is now spreading amoung the simracing communities.

iOpener is still looking for the worlds best simracers to join their beta test program that's about to start soon. If you are interested in joining then you can sign up on the RTR website

I had a lot of fun with the game 'out of the box'... think I will stick with that. I don't really feel the need to make the game more difficult and only annoy myself... Nice effort though and it's great mods like these exist for those who want them!

I don't find the savegame file on the mod only DATA.MIX

hit start - your name - AppData - Roaming think then its in milstone folder or is it WRC3 ?? somthing like that i think

This Mod is not "100% Savegame" but unlocks "most of (not all)" cars, areas, upgrades etc. from the start of the game.
Please install this Mod and start your "Road to Glory (Career)" mode, and you'll soon be able to understand what I mean.
Hope you enjoy WRC 3 with this Mod too

if your running RSRBR and your just playing the stages for fun you can use the RBRwrong+tyre thing and im sure in RScenter youl find an opption to auto select the correct tyre for the stage ypu are on
in RBR vanila you have to select the tyres in bit before you start the stage

I figured I'd start a thread on this because it is driving me crazy, and everyone I've talked to that uses Clubsport pedals hooked up via USB has this same issue and it only happens in WRC 3.

Both gas and brake have about 60-70% deadzone, but work fine in any other sim. All deadzones in the advanced options set to 0. Also the pedals don't scroll through tuning menu so I can't tune. Any ideas?

Thanks for your suggestion, Sébastien Degraeve.
Unfortunately it seems to be impossible because "Front view" does not have in-car related settings. Thus, we can't replace "Front view" with "Cockpit view".
Maybe dev. team can make it, but we can't without dev. tool and knowledge, sorry ...

hahaha noo problem ...

But you know if we can change the tires in WRC 3 ? in real life thy can...

Can't. If it's like WRC2 tire will "adapt" to surface so it's like gravel "tire" on gravel part and tarmac on tarmac. Also pressure isn't supported (but even RBR pressure effect is limited to not make it too hard on surfaces with wrong pressure )

Hi if you want a sequential shift on your g27 check the vid out on youtube below i used rubber bands and pushed the gator down with mine that gave me less travel in the shift and the rubber bands hold the gator down works a treat i have an home made ebrake so no need for using the h shifter for that
