It would be nice to have more than one class, like the endurance series. So, GT Pro, GT Club and WTCC Extreme or something. Not sure if it's technically possible.

Yes I think it is possible. I did something like that in singleplayer . You can mix up the cars with car filter. And I agree with this set. But there should be a lot of people in to make it a really good one.

It would also allow for people less skilled (like me) to take a slightly slower and easier car, while allowing the fast experts to race by the seat of their pants in the faster cars.

My votes goes to WTCC Extremes or any GT car.
Also, while you at it. LE Mans is a must.

CWRL host from time to time endurance races in Race07, and SPA, Le Mans are sometimes featured. And that is just awesome stuff!
