PC2 Project Cars 2 Leagues (merged)

I know we are all excited for this release. What I don't know is how many people intend to a) play it on the xbox one and b) would like to join some sort of a formal league here at Race Department.

There are so many possibilities, I've had to calm myself down from getting lost in them. However, my main passion, IndyCar, will probably not be able to be run until the DLC with the ovals comes to the Xbox One.

That said, what sort of series would you like to see? Personally, ones that come to mind are Tudor United Sports Car Series, WEC, British Touring Car, and DTM. One of these could fill the gap for me until IndyCar is possible, but others may have better ideas.

Please indicate below if you are interested and what sort of times you are available and which series' you prefer. We could follow the actual schedule of many a series, due to the timing of the release. Personally, if they get the ovals out before IndyCar starts, I'll probably turn my focus there, but nothing would prevent running another alongside.

The anticipation is killing me!

RACE REPORT

Feature Race: Q - 12th | R: 9th
Bad qualify, more than 1 second slower than my best but even with my best time i couldn't start in a better place than 10th. Good first lap, without contacts. Then few fights but a lot , a lot of mistakes. made my pit stop at lap 9 and then finish the race.

Sprint Race: S - don't remember, something like my qualify position | R - 9th
I made a bad start and loose some positions. I lost my brakes in T2 and hit my team make and i'm sorry for that. Then a much better race than the first. Very good pace compared to 1st race and no mistakes. Until lap 7. I hitted the wall hard and damaged my car. i made the last laps with that damage and lost my 8th position and finish 9th again

What a way to start the season.
I had good pace in the first stint and kept up with the leaders. Then after the pits an Aston was holding up 800 trillion M3's. This allowed for me and Ben to run P2 & P3 for the majority of the stint. I had a difficult challenge of keeping Andrew behind, but it was ended by an auto spin kerb. Ben had a engine failure, bringing me back up to P3.

I don't know what happened at the start, because I'm 99% sure I put the car into 1st, but when I realised the clutch, I mean brake, Nothing happened. I looked down and I was in neutral. Then me and Dean had an accident and Dean spun. I don't know if it was lag, him just spinning or the contract glitch spinning him. Then I picked up damage trying to overtake Omari and to end it off, I couldn't overtake Liam on the straight.

Well done to my teammate, Lance for bringing home solid points today.

Also on a side note, I would like to dedicate my podium finish to my friend who sadly passed away early this year, as today would have been his 16th Birthday (14/7)

Wasn't a great night for me not a track I like always struggled here.
Qualifying was horrible got the ffb buzz on both my runs so had absolutely no steering feel but climbed to 8th in the feature starting from the back row which I'm happy with and starting at the back in the sprint I managed 10th , roll on Brno a track I like

Well, all i can say is, the results were around what i expected, as i was not quick here, only doing mid 2.04s. But given the circumstances it's a little below what was possible. Could have been P5 but got a tap from Adam, letting Lance by.

The sprint i started P3, got P5, Which was ok, but could've been more. I got minor damage from some wall grazes, then more from some hits off Omari. Mehh

Hits??? Or would u call it hard racing? Coz from my point of view u tried to squeeze me everywhere i tried to make a move...and u wasnt the only one with a damaged car. Im not complaining. U defended hard...and well. But as for me hitting u. Id say thats unfair. Watch the replay.
