Thanks George, this means a lot to all of us (all organisers), thank you so much You hit the nail on the head mate (bolded bit). Not 'a go' at anyone... but how could we know which tracks/cars people know?Sebring is a great track. Part of what I love about the RD races is the variety of tracks. I now find myself in the position of watching races on TV. F1 and others and knowing what corner is next and being better able to imagine what it is like in real life.
Everyone won't like every track, but that's the same with a lot of things in life. I didn't know ANY track until I joined RD but now feel privileged to have learned so many due to my friends like @Craig Dunkley @Medilloni @Chris Down and @Denis Betty
So from me it's a big
The 1st bolded bit: I was looking into the history of Sebring (and yes, it was, is, a very famous airfield!) and as I do with looking at other events, I got distracted very nicely by this absolute corker... enjoy!
Again, thanks Andreas - I laughed when I saw your Monza comment, to me, this is the most boring track ever, in any format BUT... look what Denis did with the Ferrari GTO and TVR, Bikernieki etc a wee while ago, corking races... a fantastic example of getting a car combo to fit the trackA simple 'like' is just not enough for this spot on post Very well put, exactly my thoughts. I'm still learning new tracks nearly every week thanks to our amazing hosts and wondering if it will ever stop Sometimes I'm happy to race at Monza
