Oh wow people are asking me questions again.....

@Martijn Boontje : I'm doing well (today). Have sort of a dull week coming up so it'll be good to relax and not do much of anything. Thank you for caring :)

@Saif Mehmood : Around 50 (110 lbs)

@Frederik Dupond : Breasts :D

@crashtobefast : Ships and weather. Luckily, my job incorporates both.

@Josh Johnson hates my guts because this is the 2nd time he has refused to ask me a question.

@shyguy2008 : First thing that comes to mind is a monkey because I'm always eating bananas. I eat 7-10 a week.

@Mikey Woolford ALSO hates me because he's a racist

@Jamie-Lee Mayers : You :geek:

@Simeon Lynch has hurt my feelings by not asking me a question. You used to be my controller driving hero back in PRL days :(

Cheers Gav, unfortunately I think it might be a bit risky to be honest. As we have no idea why I am getting discoed I can't rule out the possibility of a problem my end and it would not really be fair to have others suffer as a result of that. Plus I generally just jump on accept your invite and then leave it until we go to the quali as I invariably have things going on at that time (trying to usher people out the door for instance :rolleyes:) especially with the early starts.

Both you and Nick have good connections but the signals in the lobby were still nowhere near as strong as we were getting two races ago. I just think something has changed, I have had a couple of XBL updates recently and the deterioration has defintely been since then. Wondering whether some update to improve the gaming for the XBO has had a adverse effect on the rest of us.

Anything they do to the XBO will in no way have an effect on the 360 it's a different bunch of servers entirely so you can rule that one out... Maybe you could try switching to a wired connection? I say give it another go personally, there's an infinite number of possible reasons why you've had the problems, it could just be your IP for all we know or it might be that you don't have UPnP turned on or it could be that someone else is on the same wifi channel as you and that's making your connection weaker. Give it another crack before you bugger off ;)

just a huge disaster of a race. Need points in Malaysia, or I'll be pointless by the time we reach europe.

To be honest, I can't help but think that the caterham in front of you is responsible for causing the bottleneck at T1. Not sure if he was on the brakes or something, but you hitting him and causing you to slow down caused everyone to swarm around you and since you were parked/slowed on the apex of T1, everyone had to find a new way and it just meant less space for everyone else.

Wired isn't really an option for me, I hate trailing wires all over the place and my Xbox is in the opposite corner of the room to the router so would require a 40ft cable going all around the room.

There's no change to anything in my settings from what I have had previously. The only other thing is whether the service from my ISP has deteriorated which is difficult to judge but I know the connection on Sunday was been good enough to do all the things I have always done in the past. Who knows :O_o:. I am looking into an alternative ISP for other reasons though...

seems like the caterham gets very close behind the car infront of him (a williams? in P2). maybe some lag from that car caused the caterham to suddenly stop. need to see his footage really, but I agree it could have contributed towards the t1 mayhem.
