I think the past problem with Spa is that you must not use the pitspeed limiter, because it locks you in the pits. I haven't seen any fixes for it, but don't know if it is still a problem. I've advised Motorheadz about it, and hopefully they will test it on-line.
The safest thing to do is not use pitspeed limiter, adjust your speed manually.

i with my "steady pace "managed one cut track warning and no stop go penalties ,but my ribs were sore the next day from laughing whilst on TS

Sounds like most of the action was on TeamSpeak, not the track ... I'd better get myself setup with it for Spa :) Assuming my internet connection can handle both at once that is - it obviously didn't handle just the race so well last week :freaked-out:

Oooh, thanks for pointing that out! It's a looong pit too, add in the elevation changes and it's gonna take some concentration to avoid a speeding violation  Still, that'll be the least of my worries I'm sure

Warren, it is the Autopit function that locks you in the pits, and not the limiter. As I said in the Team Australia RDNGP thread, I was able to run the limiter fine with no problems. All I did was turn Autopit off.

I believe that this is the case also Rhys, from what I know having auto pit on is the cause of being trapped in your pit bay :)

Just bumping this post to the top as confirmation of our team so far.

We need to sort out our team for the next round at Spa.
Please note though, even though there are 9 cars available, we need a team of 8 drivers for the round.

Racedepartment's Team for Spa:

-Aston Martin DBR9 - Cam Wedgwood Confirmed
-Audi R8 GT Concept - Olaf.j Linortner Confirmed
-Corvette C5 R - Rhys Gardiner Confirmed
-Corvette C6 R - Michael Stead Confirmed
-Dodge Viper GTS/R - Warren Dawes Confirmed
-Gumpert Apollo GT - Chris Rodgers Confirmed
-Koenigsegg CCGT - Vacant
-Lister Storm - Andrew Dawes Confirmed
-Saleen S7-R - Jari Vinnari Confirmed

I'll update this post as each driver confirms.
We need to salvage some pride next round, our luck has to improve this time.

Track is Spa 2004.

You must use the same 8 cars you did in rnd 1.

So far, this is the same cars as we scheduled last time and the same driver/car combo, except for Andrew Dawes driving the Lister (he was replaced by the reserve driver at Monza).
However, we only managed 6 cars to the starting grid last round, are we still locked into the 8 we planned to run ??

Then you must use those 6 and choose whatever other 2 cars from the ones left, but then you must use those 8 for Nurburgring.
