Your avatar is really annoying. I feel like I'm being criticized by a baby...
Anyway, I have no idea what you're saying about Massa's Ferrari, etc.
I put Valencia back in the track menu for quick races only. Valencia is not available to be raced on during Career mode.
The pitstop times are from v1tek's mod. I didn't change those. They're already faster than the default pitstop times the game creates, and I'm really not too worried about them since they're the same for AI and Player...so no advantage gained or lost there. And once again the scope of this mod is not 100% about realism. It's about making the competition of the game better.

You've failed to mention if the Mercedes, Red Bull, Force India, etc are too slow when the AI is driving it, or when you the Player are driving it. More detail please...

You can race a 25% & 50% race with the 50% database. If you want to race 100%, that's when you need to change the database. I can't make one database if I'm doing scaled tyre wear, it just doesn't work that way.

So, in a nutshell, the IA times too low. Often runs 1-2 seconds slower than me and I do not think it depends on the my abilities. Perhaps, as I said, is a problem with version 2013.
The machines seem slow while I drive. Above all, I noticed that Toro Rosso is really very little, the others are good. I tried as much as Force India and I realized it was a problem setup. As for the machines that are faster than me, I saw that depends on the trail, but then again, sometimes they are all strong and fast, and sometimes they make mistakes trajectories and fail to keep up with me.

The last thing I want is to decrease the mechanical problems. Each race at least 5-6 times I break the DRS or KERS. I do not know if they are so frequent in reality, but I do not think
Thanks for the other answers and sorry for my english, but I'm Italian

I notice a strange thing yesterday, opening the database after copying it and paste in the folder, inexplicably the names of the drivers are no longer the ones you've modified (100%database with, Chilton, van der Garde ...) but they are still the original ones,( Glock, Kovalainen...) and the values of the tables do not match to those of your mod, ( aggressive...) how is it possible, depends on some patch or what? the same thing happens to someone?

I am on F1 2011 (sorry if I don't use the forum of F1 2011 but I can't have a reply if I ask there because there is nobody on it), and I want to improve something:
I don't want that cars who retire disappear in 10 seconds, but in 100 seconds for example, and when a car retires for an accident, I want to have a SC even if there is only one car which retires, and not 2 or 3. Because I am on Monaco, i have 3 cars retire on 1 lap, but no SC :O_o:

And do you know how can we have GP2 performances on F1 2012?

Thanks in advance

Then I have a very serious problem. I installed the 2013 version of this mod and I noticed that it consumes too much fuel even if they are in power saving mode. If I'm in standard mode it consumes as if you were taking advantage of the maximum power of the engine. I can not play well

hi all, i think who the cars need more top speed because i try best setup on hungaroring and i reach 300 km/h but it's so difficult, so how i can improve performance on straight?

This is the result of Johnny Dangerously's work on the CTF files. Each track's CTF files have been coded so that the default setup given to you will reach a realistic top speed as seen here:
http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/threads/revised-car-performance-v1-0-ctf-files.63566/

and in his top speed spreadsheet here:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/amk0ap1gph3vflf/Speed_Trap.pdf

So if you want to go faster, you're going to have to stray from the default setup and lower downforce, lower ride height, increase gear ratios, etc. to find extra speed.

Based on how often you said you were getting DRS and KERS failures (which are based on vibration rates...like when you run over the kerbs or off track), and how much fuel you're using (which hasn't been modified) it sounds like you're over-reving the engine and hitting the kerbs a lot. Try driving smoother and see if you notice a difference.

However, there is something wrong. When I had this Mod, maintaining the standard mode maintained the same amount of fuel in most (eg, if I had +4 laps remained +4), unless I changed the mode and put high. Now I lose about 3-4 laps of fuel after only one quarter of the race remaining in the standard mode. I downloaded the mod nurburgring and all the times that I did quesa race, came towards the end, I was senzo fuel. For me it is not normal to go out with +9 and after 4-5 laps have already +8 / +7. The problems with the KERS I've only Silvertone, while the problem with the fuel only in Nurburgring
