It kinda made senseEngine wear, etc is handled in the raceload.jpk file. Just install it, doesnt matter if you have a 2012 or 2013 version.
the ai_driver table you'll need to be careful with. The 2013 drivers like chilton, gutierrez, etc are actually modified drivers from the 2012 season's ai_driver table.
So for instance I think Kobayashi is Gutierrez now when comparing the default and my database.
You kinda need to go driver by driver to be sure you're adjusting the correct driver. So for instance you say you didnt touch Gutierrez, but in reality you need to, because his ID correlates to another driver in 2012. So keep an eye on the "name" column (which you can change as you need, doesnt affect anything...just helps you see which driver you're actually dealing with), but then keep an eye on the ID column so you know which drivers have been changed from the default 2012 database compared to mine. So look for the ID first so you know you're working with the same rows from the default DB compared to mine, then change the name field as needed. Then adjust stats as per that driver's ability in 2012
I hope that made sense lol
It kinda made sense
I did go driver by driver and copy pasted only the common rows between both the databases. Did not touch the others. For e.g Esteban in your database has ID 144 whereas ID 144 in default DB is Pedro de la rosa, so I did not change any values for this person; same for the others.
So this should be fine right? I did one race in Melbourne and had no errors whatsoever, but maybe I don't know how this mod is supposed to behave I qualified in pole with mclaren and then raced all the way to the finish, being in the lead completely with vettel very close to my tail in the first few laps, but later on fell 10 seconds behind (this is with intermediate difficulty in options).
Am I missing something? Any other table I should modify other than ai-driver?
There was a fix posted. Only install the language file you need, not all of them.something is going wrong for me, if I install the mod with the 2013 mod I can't read anything in the game. the letters are very weird, does anyone know how to fix this?

it doesn't work when I install just one of them
Hi, just installed this mod along with Mr Pibb's 2013 mod as you suggest. While the database changes seem to work very well, some of the driver's information is wrong - for example, Perez drives for Mercedes, "Nico Sutil" drives for Sauber etc. Additionally, some of the helmets are incorrect.
Has anyone else had similar issues / know how to fix this? A quick read through recent pages didn't yield anything, although I might have missed something... Great mod otherwise, definitely improves the enjoyability of the game.
Thanks in advance.
Guess I bothered you too much . Till then I'll hang onto the database that I've modified. Yours should definitely be more consistent for sureI'll just make a 2012 version of my database sometime this weekend
IDK which version of this mod you saw, but version 2.0 and higher are not compatible with Mr. Pibb's mod. Check the version history and install everything from v2.7 except the database, and install the database from v1.9
Great mod thanks allot , but can you tell me how to complete hair pin test i cant get it to 185 mph , cant understand why , , is it possible ? if so how , as ive been trying for ages , in the 2012 version i can do it fine , but it seems to be this 2013 mod.
Thanks
