Agree not a big fan of it either.
But some look good, especially Nico's lid.
Its simple and elegant, looks good even vettel's no 1 is quite simple looks good.
I think numbers on the top look good and makes sense.

Rosberg has a new design for the number or Kimi´s 7,agree.But the most new helmets are the designs like year before only put the number on

I think they should put numbers in some design style like rosberg or hamilton's top number.
Simple is good, but could be better.

From what I have read, drivers have to have their numbers clearly visible on the helmets.

You can manually import the driver helmets to any Gen helmet. Any driver helmet can be used as Gen x helmet but you won't have the driver specific vents on Gen helmets.
