RDSTL S1 - Super Touring League (GTR Evolution)

well, that was a disaster.. sat on the line, lights went green and i thought hmm, im overtaking everyone i fianlly got a good start here, then realised it was formation lap.................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

Nvidia driver stopped working -> mini dump!! Awesome awesome awesome! (sucks)
Hate the track but did a great qualy and was heading for the podium and of course this happens again!

My car went into flames when I was in P12. Race over.
im pretty sure i won best race end of the night 
Thanks to Ben for the setup that got me 4th in quali after 6 laps of practice this afternoon.
Went into warmup to do a few laps for fuel estimate and had a power brownout, pc shutdown, tv switched off and all lights dimmed for about 3 mins, then every couple of mins for about an hour. Things have only just got back to normal.
Hope race went ok for the rest.

Good race, was able to climb up and after some DCs I was in 6th. Abdul and I had a nice battle, he kept me honest. We pitted at the same time, but I missed my box, and that cost me a load of time. When I came out, I was in 8th. Was there the rest of the race. nearly ran out of fuel at the end.
Well done to Jan, a 8/9 result, 15 points after a rather slow season for us :thumb:

Just a note. Peter, if someone is lagging, you don't need to announce it 3 times.

Very disappointed.
I had pole and my pace was a few tenths per second faster than the rest.
Everything went well until a few laps before the pitstop.
Freddie's car was invisible to me, I only saw his nametag and I hit him.
Sorry mate, but there was nothing I could do about it.
I lost 10 seconds and Mateusz passed me, and for the remaining 20 laps he was in front of me.
The problem was that he had terrible lag, of over a second per lag, so I could not attempt to pass him, because the chance would be big that I would hit him.
So I had to stay behind and finished 2nd.

well I was expecting to be crashing a lot....and finish 2 laps down with no front or rear splitter.....I have to say this. I HATE this track....never was a fan driving on it...watching races there on tv is another thing
well still finished 7th with a great battle at the end trying to catch Adbul
but at start of race I almost lost it already with cold tires & curbs.....not a great combo....
was driving behind the whole time trying to be up front....had some scared here and there and during the pit gained a whole lot of time (strangely a lot more than the leaders)....in the end like said still finish 7th....so me happy with this track
grats Peter with 2nd & grats Peter for finishing if not mistaken 4th....great for points

I saw your car being a bit erratic, but nowhere near as bad as I've seen before. It's wasn't really dangerous.
I was missing little practice before the race , was more than 1 sec faster before than my Qualy time.
In warm up I reached again my previous times (middle 1:21's). A said above, forgot that we do a formation lap, or was just following Rob, but recognized quick enough.
At the end of the formation lap Bob pushed me off. Fairly waited, thanks, even when I pitted one lap later as my car was undrivable he waited in T1 until I left the pit lane. Thanks for the fairness!.
Some time later he dropped off which put me at the end of the field. Was a pretty lonely race and it screwed my pit strategy afterwards. Was inititaly after a 2 stopper. Changed after that to go only for one further pit stop, but I ran out of fuel so had to do one more. Did not matter anymore, came in last of those who finished.
But the result was actually fair I think, there was nobody in front of me with a slower fastes race lap. So Bob, no worries!

yep in my replay you are all over the place lagging

Qualy: Except Peter was it really close, i think five cars had 45.5 at T2 - so T3 (and the big curb) decided the running order. P6 for me and P7 for teammate Mikael.
Race: At start teammate Mikael wont attack me so i could concentrate to Peter E. Second corner the door was open which give me the chance to pass. Now behind Mateusz, could follow first laps but after about 10 laps my laptimes go faster down then the others.
So after Martijn spin and Bram disconnect i had to defend P3 against Peter E. and Mikael. Unfortunately Mikael also disconnect after a freeze he said so only one TBR stayed on track. :dont-know:
After pit i could increase my gap to about 8 sec and after a cut warning in T3 i go more carefully there. Peter and Joao came nearlier every lap, front left only 60% and two laps to go...
But could hold it with 0,7 in front of Peter E. :third:

Then he made a little mistake and i could pass him.He was faster then me
but i could stay infront of himThen big mistake going into turn 1,big crash, all damaged,limped back to the pit,had it all repared,went out again with almost 2 laps down....grrrrr.
Congrats to the podium ,I'm going to get drunk now....

In the beginning you had no lag ín front of me, so maybe something (any program) went on during the race ?
Peter, no worries. 1st timing you were lapping me you did see me i believe.
Sorry to hear that my invincibilty (oh my gosh) caused you the 1st place.
My race was a bit poor, but i managed to score some points.
And at the end of the race and chat etc. i got a minidump, and somekind of disconnection on my internet when i was chatting on steam with Martijn.
