I finished stage 17 last night, took the whole rally steady as I didn't want a DNF. Not even sure how my time compares because I'm the only one in a mini Cooper on the PS4 so I'll just need to wait and see where I ended up.
Great choice of stages by the organisers and can't wait for Sweden now. :) :)

Thanks for the 2WD- standings @Caramidaru Andrei Bogdan
So annoying to see that without that SS2 mistake and the two terrible later stages (SS17 in particular with the snow bank moment) I would have been 2nd or 3rd right now :( I seem to go better on snow though so hopefully the next round will give me a chance.

Spent some time testing this morning before doing Day 4. I went back to H pattern manual with clutch today as I tried doing sequential for the first 13 stages and could get nowhere near my pb's I thought I had a good setup going into the rally but I just couldn't be anywhere near my testing times. Plus driving all of day 2 (4 stages) with the stock setup with long gearing really kicked me in the ass position wise. Tweaked it some more this morning and I think it helped. Drove the last 4 with reckless abandon but still finished with the car in good shape. Sitting in 7th in class now ,by my reckoning, and still can't record any video after the fact??? Thanks Nvidia. A big shout out to everyone involved in putting on this event. Extremely professional!

plus; it's only wednesday yet, more than half the players still have to do their rally, haven't they?

I guess around 100 drivers left to start the rally. Including regular drop off, and people that have signed up that I honestly don't think will ever race, I would guess there are 100 drivers left to start. There is approx. 200 starters so far over the three platforms :)

Reminder!
I know that there are drivers in our RaceNet leagues with names that don't are on our sign up list, while we will offer a period after the rally when the provisional results are out for people to correct this - if it's not corrected, the non-corrected RaceNet names will be removed from the leagues, and will also be removed/disqualified from the actually rally when the official results are out.
If your name on the provisional results (when those are published) are "Unrecognized RaceNet name: *your name*" you will have to notify us about it.

whew, two long night stages 12/13 under my belt. deeeep breath. worst scare came early on in 12 when i hit the rocks left and was catapulted on the wall right. i thought i'd slide into oblivion but fate kept the lancia in balance, so coming out with only 15 secs lost rather than a DNF felt like the second chance it was. never regained my rhythm in that stage, though. way better run of 13, though the snow in the headlights isn't nice at all. anyway, survived, currently sitting 63rd of 70 survivors after the final night stages. only 3+1 long one left.

I've dragged the 037 to the end!!

Mostly went well without to much drama, apart form Stages 11 & 13 - between them, they accounted for 4 spins. Stage 13 being plain awful for me from start to finish. Absolutely no grip at all... so to make up for that I blasted through stage14, finishing less than 2 seconds behind the current leading 4wd+ for that stage on PS4 :)

Overall I'm happy with my performance and don't think I could of done much better than I have. Looking forward to seeing where I end up!
I have the last of my stages sitting on my PS4 and will get them uploaded tomorrow night for any that are interested.

Thanks for a great event and looking forward to the next one :)

Got my runs uploaded now, minus stages 7 - 11. I deleted them by mistake  and no way of getting them back on PS4 :(
