Tested some more, other mods also seem to crash AC... Going for a full reinstall since I also have other AC glitches happening.

PS. It somehow started working again
Seems I have to reboot AC to get it working for some strange reason

Sorry mate, custom skins must be used. If you can't make one yourself or a modder won't do it then you'll need to use one of the generic RD ones shown in the OP.

Also, that Verstappen skin is #30 and you're #21. lol

I can change the 30 to 21, then the skin is custom

@Sun Levi how did you deal with the blur_rim, seeing that the original one has visible spikes? Just radial blur for applied to the Rims.dds?

I just used the GIMP fill option whilst preserving transparancy on an original black rim
