I know we are all excited for this release. What I don't know is how many people intend to a) play it on the xbox one and b) would like to join some sort of a formal league here at Race Department.

There are so many possibilities, I've had to calm myself down from getting lost in them. However, my main passion, IndyCar, will probably not be able to be run until the DLC with the ovals comes to the Xbox One.

That said, what sort of series would you like to see? Personally, ones that come to mind are Tudor United Sports Car Series, WEC, British Touring Car, and DTM. One of these could fill the gap for me until IndyCar is possible, but others may have better ideas.

Please indicate below if you are interested and what sort of times you are available and which series' you prefer. We could follow the actual schedule of many a series, due to the timing of the release. Personally, if they get the ovals out before IndyCar starts, I'll probably turn my focus there, but nothing would prevent running another alongside.

The anticipation is killing me!

yeah you'd just have unbeatable Porsches and Ginetta would be no better keeping those cars and doesn't matter what car u in it looks like you still gonna win Oz and i just like how again me and Benji choose to switch to the Audi first like we did the McLaren then everyone just follows now we have like 6 Audi's again. nice mix of Manufact....... ermmmm i mean Audis we have on the grid :( and saying those cars being unbanned would stop people using the Audi is bull. just the Audi band wagon
I’m not bothered if they are unbanned or not. Benji said he wanted more diversity so I gave him an option. People were already in the Ferrari and I don’t think all of them would have switched if they weren’t forced to. Ramsay tried to pick the Porsche and Jamie and Benji wanted the Ginetta. I don’t see how they are overpowered after looking around at other people’s opinions and testing outside of this league. I knew I would be in the Audi since the 1st day I drove it. I didn’t want everyone to drive it so I never drove it while we were all practicing together.

I've managed to get my Qually down to a 22.160 (my TT time was set pre-patch) But car is very inconsistent. The track temp is right on the verge of running Soft Compound. I've done 4 Multiplayer sessions now, and every time the Car is awesome in Practice, stable and planted. Then in the Race session same fuel load, same track temp and the rear just feels likes its on Ice especially when I hit the curbing.

Yeah that worked because your the only one in the Audi. Oh wait lol

Could someone help with the diff in PCars 2, there are way more options than PCars 1. Is the Clutch lsd or the Geared lsd more like pcars1?
My main issue around Algarve is: when I'm going thru the long last right hand sweeper onto the front straight, my left wheel is giving off tire smoke the whole way.
Default the Geared lsd is off should I turn it on and mess with the ratios?
Thanks
Don't pay attention to the tire smoke. When tuning run the screen setting that shows your tire temps and Gforce. There you will see that your tire is not burning up unless you really are smoking the tire in which case you will probably spin out with the amount of smoke you were seeing. When I was practicing for Algarve I had left rear tire smoke in every corner but my left rear tire temp across the board was only showing marginal tire temp increase.

As far as the diff is concerned, There are multiple style of diffs to choose from. The clutch one pretty much is the way Pcars 1 was. Increase the torque of the clutch on the accell to loosen the diff up. Decrease the torque on the accel diff to tighten it up. The higher the number the more torque is required to lock it up (Throttle input). When decelerating you want it to lock up easier to make the car more stable under braking. The more plates you add will modify the amount of torque needed to lock up or free up the diff. And vice versa with taking plates away.

Here is a link that may explain it better.

This is the same issue ive had the previous two rounds. I loose the rear on turn in. feels like im driving a fwd on mcdonalds trays, can hold it to a point and then its gone without an real warning.

typically the fix for that is reducing the Rear Slow Rebound but it’s very hard to figure or feel the adjustments made and I’m still not sure how the transitional settings work.
