Are you in the Mazda? If so (and I'm no expert) my personal set up check list generally is tire psi, camber, abr and fuel
Psi you know (I use the pro tyres app)
Camber more or less grip on the corners. I use the camber extravaganza app to help, but you can also listen for tire squeal. If you're turning and you hear tire noises, add more camber. I usually up the negative camber on the default set up both front and rear.
Then abr, I usually only move the rear down to 0 and leave the front at 3. 0 in the rear makes the car a little looser. I find 1 to be too tight for my driving style ie, turn to quick and the rear slides out in a way that I can't catch the same if it's set to 0. But for some tracks, you may want you car a little more "pointy" (2 front - 0 rear for example). It's an easy setting to feel the difference in the car on the first test lap.
Then fuel with these races I go 22L + 1L pit stop
Hope that helps a little
