Methanol is boiling off fast.... From a technical standpoint it already starts evaporation at 55°C when the whistle sound is audible. It increases boiling speed until the boiling point is reached when it get boiled off the fastest.

I already told you when the temperature goes higher than 65°C and 2 logs are used the methanol is already gone.

After all this is a game and distillation is accelerated and simplified.
But in my first production, I managed to keep it constant at 65 degrees for a long time and the methanol started not to flow. Currently, the temperature rises above 65 degrees while methanol is dripping. Also, the same situation occurs at 80 degrees. The temperature remains constant in 2 woods, but when a piece of wood disappears, you add wood again and the temperature rises to 90-100 degrees. I will send a video to you about this bug.

Děkuji, kromě modifikace ShowBoltSize, která hází chybu, nevidím žádnou chybu, která by byla házena z modifikace moonshine still.Můžete prosím deaktivovat všechny modifikace kromě moonshine still a ověřit, zda funguje bez jiných modifikací?

V konzoli modloaderu by se mělo objevit hlášení, že byl spawnován u vašich nohou.

It takes me 56 seconds to boil of all methanol



temperature is also contstant at 78.4°C yes

until all ethanol is boiled off thats intentional like I have said in my posts before.

I can watch the numbers in realtime and see what is in there at which temperature.

For me it behaves normaly if there is 1 log it cools off if there is 2 logs it heats until the next available boiling point is reached. If there is methanol left it goes there if ethanol it goes to 78

  • Fixed: Seppo interacting with you through a wall. Switched from proximity calculation to raycast/proximity.
  • Fixed: a visual bug that caused Seppo to still be holding the bottle when it was returned to the house.
  • Fixed: Seppo turns his Head towards you. With given contraints.
  • Added: if you skip large timeframes ingame the fire of the still will turn off accordingly. But ignores faster timescaling with BetterCheatBox for example. It should now turn off when...

Is it possible to fix the visual bug?

Not for me. It is related to the asset files and I have not touched them. Other objects that are on the same object layer are rendered correctly.

And I really don't want to get into the whole Unity development thing.

I find it interresting that the Plug gets rendered correctly, I would probably start from there and apply materials from it to the bottle and see what causes this.#

But like I said I don't have Unity installed.

In v1.5.4, I had No Problems. What Is Seppo's Job? I Will Change The Textures According To That.
And I Will Find New Textures For Still, Bucket And Seppo. And I Will Send Photos Of Them. Maybe You'll Like Them And Add To Your Mod.
He works at the waste water treatment plant.
It would be wonderful if you could figure out the rendering issue with the "Pontikka Bottle" its there since forever.
