- At First Time, I distilled the mash around 65 C. Then he said, "This is water."
- At Second Time, I distilled the mash around 80 C. Then he said, "This is a toilet cleaner."
- I used 1 packet of yeast and 6 packets of sugar for the mash. Is there a measurement for this?
- what do I need to do to get Seppo's approval? Because if I distill the mash around 60 C, he tells me, "This is water." If I distill the mash around 80 C, he says, "Toilet cleaner."
- And A Label For The Bottle Please
"I used 1 packet of yeast and 6 packets of sugar for the mash. Is there a measurement for this?"
Thats a good Mash. The mash is perfectly prepared when the closed bucket no longer bubbles.
- what do I need to do to get Seppo's approval? Because if I distill the mash around 60 C, he tells me, "This is water." If I distill the mash around 80 C, he says, "Toilet cleaner."
Methanol starts boiling at 65 degrees C
Ethanol will start boiling at 78.4 degrees C
Basically, you distil and keep the still warm on the fire with 2 logs of wood.
When 65°C is reached, the methanol begins to boil. The temperature remains at 65 °C until the methanol has completely boiled away. The temperature should then rise to 78.4 °C and remain there. When the temperature rises again while two logs are on the fire, it is time to stop the distillation as all the ethanol has evaporated from the still.

Its says something about window cleaner when there is too much methanol in the bottle.
Those are the 3 messages for when there is too much methanol in the bottle:
"I can't buy this window cleaner. Make some new and we'll see again.",
"I can't buy this. This will kill me. Go make new and we'll see again.",
"I can't buy this. God damn. Go make new and we'll see again.".
Hope I could help.
Btw have you found your Alcoholmeter now?
