Example of what I want:
Driving in Melbourne, sun is hot, I'm leading, and suddently gearbox stopped working totally, which forces me into retirement

So, I don't think cchanging these values will have effect on me retiring, I will just have some minor issues

If the drivers are not there, it's the .exe file then, but I'm sure Turvey, Rossi, and the others are there
Just had a search, they aren't there, which means it's the .exe file
