Extract using PSSG editor, open .dds with Photoshop, which I think you have, and yes, erase the old one, and write a new text

Hi is it possible to mod the game so that the ai gets penalties. I am sick of the ai driving in to the back of me and i get a penalty. It costs me big in races and is a bit of a game breaker for me. If there is a mod for this already i cant find it. Help would be much appreciated thanks.

You can always put penalties on "Corner cutting only", and, unlucky for you (and me aswell), there is no such mod

Put them on Corner cutting only, that's the best thing you can do for now

I really hope someone will do it one day, but ive already question something like that(steering degrees) earlier, and someone told me its not. Maybe CM fix it next time. But in the meantime we are searching for talents.

Can't check now, but if the DB entries for rule tickets haven't completely changed since 2012, then you can only edit the values for each scenario for the penalty modes.
Means, you could lower the value for slow instant loss (huge crash) or cumulative loss (blocking) or so. But it works for AI and player, you can't set it separately.

I'm doing a 2014 audi rs5 dtm car based on redbull chassic and my question is guys that whether the color of this grey on this car is chrome effect or paint, or between the two like on mercedes f1?

I don't think it has a chrome effect.
The black one has also none.

I wasn't asking about the white part of the car. I was asking the grey part. But I guess it's just a simple paint effect? I'm not really good at deciding the color effects lol.

I thought to at first glance. But I still don't know whether it's paint or mercedes type half chrome. But I guess it goes closer to mercedes's color.
