yesm8t exactly that thingAh, you mean that you want the Torro Rosso cars driven by the a.i finishing in the top ten, yes?
Hi Gang
Does anyone know if it is possible to fiddle with the drs in a file somewhere so that i can make it so that drs will activate when within 2 seconds of the car in front rather than 1 second?
Cheers

I'm speculating, but your best bet would probably be to edit the Toro Rosso drivers to make them faster. Without messing around with engine power and other car perametres I see that as your only option really. So....yesm8t exactly that thing
in addition to what @uv316 already said, you will need to make changes in f1 teams- make them a tier 2 team, also increase virtual performanceyesm8t exactly that thing
I think this should be in the modding questions thread,
Your idea can be done by tweaking the triggers_pit.xml for every track. But you would need to plot precise coordinates to achieve the 2 second detection zone that you like. It can be quite time consuming.
You can yes.....but depending on your system spec you might start suffering with some FPS hit.I have a question about HD car skins. In a typical 8192 skin file you have the livery_main folder and inside you have the textures_high and the textures_low folder.
Now for the question. Is the high texture file for YOUR car and the low texture file for the A.I. cars or distant cars?
Could you copy the textures_high file into the textures_low folder (remove the original textures_low file) and rename it textures_low so both files are the same size and thus have better looking cars all round?

Open the database, double-click on the ai_driver txt and edit/increase the speed_in, speed_out, virtual_performance, wet_wet weather_ability and control for Ricciardo and Vergne (assuming you haven't changed your TR drivers). Make sure to keep a backup copy of your database though, because you're going to have to do some trial and error.
I found it and answer it myself:- Open database.bin
- Double click on 'difficulty' in the list on the left side.
- Scroll over through the table to the flashbacks column.
- Just click and change all these values to 50 or whatever you want.
- Save the database file and exit.
What else? I do all these things but I have no result
The sound files from the 90s DLC are protected/blocked in a NFS file format, there is no way to do that.Is it possible to completely replace the original V8 sounds on the modern cars with the classic Ferrari 1999 V10 sounds? I tried playing with the sound files, but Instead of hearing the clean V10 sound in 3rd person I only hear like a mixture between the V8 & V10 sounds which is odd, only when racing in any on board mode the V10 sounds are clearly noticeable.
Did somebody tried it yet, or is there already a mod that thoroughly replaces the V8 sounds for the V10 ones? I would love to know that.
I think it's a funny idea to try out.
can we have the hud during replay? and the rating?
