Pretty much yeah. Good day chance higher=driver more consistently at their best. Bad Day chance higher= Driver more likely to be Narain Karthikeyan on a given day.

i want to translate some parts of f1 2013 to my language what is slovak language but i need help

so if i open ( i find some RYDER LANGUAGE EDITOR ) the language_eng.LNG file in this editor and i rewrite some text which i want to translate, is will translate it or not.

I have edited database isn't enough information for anyone to draw any conclusions other than that would probably be your problem.

Re-verify through Steam and add the mods back in one by one until you find what crashes the game.

Cam mods also can do this just as a side note.

No, it's impossible. Maybe. It really depends on the skin's limitations.

With original database the game is working.
In the database i was edit: fake qualifying ability, base objectives, tiers(lotus in tier 1, force india in tier 2), virtual perfomance and driver rank required points(rank 2 need 1, rank 48 need 47 point etc.)

A few days ago the game was working with same mods.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Do you mean that y you want to make it so that it is possible for you to compete with the top ten in races in a Torro Rosso or the like? There are only really two ways to do this with the database, mess around with things like engine power (which you say that you don't want) or slow down the speed of the a.i in the track difficulties files.
