Hello everyone guys,
I'm trying to create my own F1 2012 and 2013,with new car skins and Helmets,with new names at the drivers ecc.
On F1 2012,I've changed the HRT Chassis into the Mclaren's one,and I want this new car to have an ability in the races and in the qualyfing as strong as the real Mclaren one
Could you tell me how can I do it?

Look for CTF file editor it will edit the performance of you car; as for name changing you will have to edit the database and replace the names you want to change further more you will need a Language editor to add into the database the names you've added so it will appear in game.

I've used the PSSG editor for change the karthikeyan face with the glock's one,so I have imported his face instead of the narain's one,and then I've saved the higtxt file.
The problem is that when I see his face on the cutscenes is aleays the karthikeyan's one!
can you help me with it?
 
Need help with camera the hands and steering wheels are not showing up during race when i press ESC the driver hands and steering wheel appears !!! How do i make the hands and steering wheels appear?

Just find shchmacher's helmet in one of those files export it to some folder than edit nico's file and reimport that helmet you have exported earlier :)

Changed (imported) 3 helmet textures into pssg file but ingame I still see old helmet.

You need to put it into the driver specific file within the cars folder too.

The file you are showing will only show the helmet in the cutscenes and not in the car.
 
Hello,

I want to increase only the tyre wear for the AI but i don't know how to do it. In the database i found the table for the maximum distance ( I think) for each compound, but changes here will also effect my tyre wear.

I think it cant be done no matter what you do to tyres it just wont happen .... codemaster has built in anti cheats. Thankfully they didnt' stop us from editing and modding textures .... let's hope they will learn from the deadly sins of evil companies like Test Drive Unlimited 2 (game died so did the company because they wont let their fans edit cars ;) ultimate stupidity).

If they want their games and companies to succeed then they must let their fans and customers edit some textures to customize the game for longevity of game life.
