Hello,
my name is Jens Hoeppner, I live in Paderborn / Germany. I am married and have a 13year old daughter.
I had my first contact with racing simulations with the play F1GP of Microprose. Then the first steering wheel was in addition the Thrustmaster T1. Then the following plays were GP2, F1-Racing a simulation, ColinMcRae, TOCA et cetera. But at that time I have never gone in the professional mode.
I have tried the professional mode only with F1 Challenge and afterwards and then together with Hr. Kollinger in the LAN driven. The fun stood always in the foreground. Now I try to be fitting in Race07 my BMW as fast as possible around the tracks.
I hope an amount of fun with You to have :)

Greetings Jens

  • Jason Wood

Jason Wood - Woody

Hi y'all,

I am 32 and a petrol head, I live in Bonnie Dundee, Scotland and work in IT.

I started racing with Gran Turismo and all the sequels, still love them, but then came the steering wheel, and GTR.

I loved GTR and then GTR2, but when Race WTCC came out that was it, I love it, it's great to able to race against people from all over the world. Of coarse everybody wants to win, but the real enjoyment comes from racing on a server where you have such competitive and FAIR racers that your heart and adrenaline are pumping, and at the end, win or loose you feel exhausted but exhilarated.

I look forward to racing with you all online very soon.

Woody.

Hi, My Name is Michael, and I start to play GTR/GTR2 2 years ago. I work in IT for a local governement. I'm looking forward to ARCA SIM Racing.

Looking forward to race everyone.

Hi, here is Tobi again.
I´m 16 years old, which means, that I still go to school. Actually I´m finishing my A-Level Degree here in Germany with the advanced courses English and German. So I have my hands filled with plenty of work, even though I think, that it isn´t as a real job.
I´m fascinated of racing. I´ve been watching motorsports since I´m 6 years old, and started Simracing with about 9 in Grand Prix 2. (Ok, this is far off anything, which is called sim today, but whatever :D)
In 2006, I bought my copy of Race06 and had plenty of fun online, but with all the rammers, it got a little boring, but I took notice of RPM and applied. And since this day, I´ve been driving here. I also joined the National WTCC-DLM, which has recently started its second season.

Hopefully, we all will get along as well as before... well I see no point why we shouldn´t. Maybe the photo in my avatar. :D

  • Fran Gil

Hello all mates!!
My name is Fran Gil, i'm 31 years. Was born and live in a little city in the east coast of Spain, called Castellon, 65 kms of Valencia.
My passion for motorsports started when i was a child and my father was in a little rally team. My brother and me always went with them and the love for cars began. Nothing like the sound and smell of competition!
I have seen many races in the spanish tracks and roads: Formula 1 (i saw the first victory of schumi in Ferrari, in 1996), Formula Nissan, F-3000, Porsche Cup, Seat Leon Cup, rallies, hillclimbs, Touring Cars of the spanish championship in Alcañiz (woooow)...
I have participated in a few rallies too, as a co-driver, with a Seat Ibiza Cupra of 1997.
About sims, i have RACE, rFactor, GT Legends and Netkar Pro, GTR2 and of course RACE 07.
I became a member of The Black Rebels team last september and did my first league in Race Sim Central with the Minis (nice fights there with some drivers). I'm very proud of being part of The Black Rebels, the best people i could find! Thank you so much mates.
Greetings

Hi all Im Ross Balfour

Im 13 and I go to Regent House grammar school (And were in da skuls cup final!!!! :D ) I live in Newtownards which is a big town in Northern Ireland! lol

I have always been in love with motorsport since I was 5. I have been playing NFS and F1 games on the PS2 then I got my new computer. I got Race 07 and played it offline for abopuit a month. I then got steam and started to race online. I won my 1st ever online race and thought this will be a walk over but since that ive only won 12 more!! I have entered a UK league and its great fun and Im 2nd in the Standings! I am going to be racing in this years WTCC league where I will get creamed by everybody!

I just got my new Steering Wheel a Formula Force EX its the onli good wheel i could afford so it does me well!

I keep on saying that because im 13 in 10 years time i will be the greatest racer ever but i suppose thats not true. Age has nothing to do with it its the ability and at the nd of the day the main thing is that I have a good time!

Every1 on this forum has been very nice and thnx 2 all who have! My aim is to qualify for a Group1 race someday. I no it will never happen but if i try hard hopefully I will someday in the present future

Thnx

Ross Balfour :)

My name is Nigel Atkins in game nick is Ako, been racing online since Race came out, i used to race in the old racing club so hope to see some new faces aswell as old ones to

This is my bio from Racerregistry.com

I started out sim racing with my two brothers on our Atari 520 STE, we then moved on to the Crammond series of Grand Prix when we bought our first PC. We then moved on to Papy sims; including the first Indy Car and Nascar series of games - I then moved on all the way through to GPL.

My younger brother was the one with natural pace; he would put in a lap from nowhere. I was the one who would get there by shaving tenths off lap after lap - eventually surpassing his benchmark, only for him to bang in another lap from nowhere.

Sims I have experience of include GP1/2/3, Indycar 1&2, Nascar 1 through to 2003, Colin McRae Rally, Richard Burns Rally, Sports Car GT [EA], F1 2000 [EA], GTL, GTR and GTR2 from Simbin, Race07. TOCA 1&2. N4S - Porsche 2000, GPL and others - now I have discovered rFactor and really want to get to grips with the ALMS mod.

I guess I started sim racing on and off at around the age of 13 and haven't really looked back since.

My online racing experience is mostly with Nascar 2003. I was a member of ESCORS for a brief period of time, where I managed to grap the pole on one occassion in the grass routes feeder league to the Alienware division. My older brother was also briefly a member of ESCORS whilst my younger brother ever so often helped out with some testing.

My best result in an online league event was winning a Talledega 500 in a depleted Nascar 3 league race prior to me joining ESCORS under the banner of MAW Motorsports. That league was where I had one of my proudest online moments; when my brothers and I qualified 1st, 2nd and 4th at one race and then followed it up with 1st, 2nd and 3rd at the following race.

I have recently joined the RSC Racing Club and now run in the Friendly Driver Series. I intend to contest the up and coming Race07 WTCC championship with the team I have recently joined - Blue Flag Racing.

I really enjoy testing, this is where I probably get the most satisfaction in sim racing. Don't get me wrong - I love to race, but I am not an alien and never will be. I am not naturally someone with blistering pace. I am the guy who will happily turn 100's of laps in practice chasing that laptime or race setup. If you are ever in need of a test driver...

I am also currently a member of British Airways Virtual Airline BAVirtual.co.uk where I pilot a Level-D Simulations Boeing 767-300 ER on the VATSIM.net virtual airways.
