Hya all,

My name is Ray (short for Raymond). I'm 37 and from Utrecht, The Netherlands.
For the last few years i play race games like GTR2, RACE(06/07) and Rfactor of which RACE07 and GTR2 are my favorites.
I'm using a G25 Racing Wheel.

I'm not a frequent racer but if i race i like to race in a friendly, clean and competitive environment (hence my application here).
Well, that is it for now. Hope to see you all on the track...where i'll probably bring up the rear :p

Greetz,
Ray

hi all

hi I am kilroy62 (andre) and I like (sim)driving for a long time now.
I drove really all the race games except netkar and nascar lol.
my favorit is GTL and gtr2 and now a lot of RACE07 I am more a hotlapper than an online racer but that's changing now.
I use a VPP frame and a g25 wheel and vpp2/g25/pedals/
so see you online .
gr andre

Hi
Im Daniel and im also from Sweden. Been playing Gtr 2 since it came out, but havent played that much online though. Anyway, this seems to be a great place to find some nice clean drivers to race with.

I use an old microsoft sidewinder wheel at the moment but definately thinking of upgrading. At first i drove with a dual analog pad, but when my friend gave me his old sidewinder it was such a huge difference i wont ever play with a pad again. I couldnt believe the way my laptimes improved compared with the pad.
Anyway hope to see some of you online soon, im not very fast, but i race clean :)

Hi guys

Name is Peter Madsen, 30 years young, live in Denmark together with my girlfriend through the last 8 years and have been simracing since GTR1. Have mostly been driving in Danish leagues, but now it’s time to try something different :)

Guess you can call me a casual driver. Don’t have the speed or talent to fight the big guys up front, and don’t usual use much time on setup and testing. My biggest enjoyment in simracing is a good and clean fight. Doesn’t really matter if it’s for first or last place, just as long as it’s exciting and fair. So basically I drive for the fun of it and not for the win.

Hope to get a lot of good racing with you guys :thumb:

Hello, bonsoir (to my fellow countrymen/women), guten Abend, jo napot, kombawa etc.
My name is Luc Frachon, I am 31 and I am an alcoholic... Oops sorry, wrong forum.
I am a Frenchman living in the UK. I am a keen simracer but so far mainly offline. My main problem is lack of time to train (as I'm sure for most of us). Ever tried driving a race car with a 2-year old on your lap?:p

Anyway, I think I can drive consistently and cleanly on-line but am by no means a hot-lap alien. Looking at GTLRank and the likes, I am usually down to 1/4 to 1/3 of the rankings, a few seconds off the fastest lap times.

See you on the tracks (or off...)!

Hello, my name is Frank Steinbach and I´m living with my wife in the area of Cologne, Germany.

My virtual driving career started several years back with GPL. Back then I was introduced to the wonderful world of online racing by members of the Average Drivers Club. Way better racing than the wrecking festivals on the open servers in VROC! ;)

Tried nearly all the racing sims that were released during the last years but came always back to GPL and some quick GTL fun with my old club.

Recently I wanted to try some oval racing and after trying several stock car mods in rFactor I was ready to reinstall NR2003 and finding a club/league for some organized racing with it.
That was the moment I first heard about ARCA Sim Racing while chatting with an old friend (BTW He wrote the manual for this sim).
He strongly recommended to give it a try at least and boy am I glad I did!

So here I´am. Enjoying ARCA Sim Racing tremendously for the last days since it got delivered and hoping I can meet some of you on a friendly server nearby!

Looking forward to have some relaxed racing fun with you! :thumb:

  • Mark Apat

Hi there all racers, pit crew and track officials :)

My name is Mark, and i am from a small beautiful country called Slovenia. I'm finishing my last exams on my studies about computer and informational science in Ljubljana and doing some design/development stuff by the side (if there is any time left). In my 27+ years i've found some games that fit me nicely, but it all started waaaay back with the famous Need for speed game where i found my passion for virtual cars (Viper, Alpine road, or Coastal, mmm ) :D and after the simulations came out never looked back since :D
When i finally got my wheel drove the GTR, GTL (offline) and Race 06 (online with RSC and public) and now its some quality time spend on Race 07. My skills are not that impressive, i am trying hard to keep the gap between aliens and myself small, but usually there would be more knowlage, practice & time needed to do so properly :)

so.. i won't bore you with all the details...
any questions.. just ask.. or.. we'll see us on the track

Sunny greetings from Ljubljana

Me, myself and ofcourse I

And so on I bought racing games starting with the worst of em all: DTM RD3.
Then I turned in to GP4, rFactor and later on gt legends, gtr2, Race 07, And just ordered Arca simracing 08.
My racing wheel is a g25.

Hi

My name is Tom Cooper and I drive under the name of TinMan (I've had a dual heart bypass - figure it out)
I'm 57 and retired. I race GTL and Race 07 under the UKGTL\GTR league at the SimRacing.org.uk. I also used to race GTR2 but they became a little too good for me.

Hope to see you all on track.

PS The acceptance message mentioned a password but I don't see one anywhere - or am I making a noob mistake?

Welcome Tom, thanks for your intro. The password you can find inside the Racing Club forum, Important info sub part. In the thread there you will fidn always the actual server statuses with installed mods and passwords.
