Hello Everyone, my name is William Yunck. I am new to sim racing- I started in October 07, but I got a wheel recently. I have always liked cars, Mostly European, and mostly the sport sedans like the RS4 or the M3. Super cars are great but of course cost to much. I some times race my wifes Audi A3 in the Monthly SCCA club races here. I am not real serious though it is just for fun.
My wife Ingrid and I live in Whitefish Montana USA. We travel to Europe about every two years as my wife has relatives in and around Munchen, Germany. I really like it there - Beer, Cars, Wine, and Beautiful Architecture. I have a construction company here and I do photography on the side for fun. Hello all,

My name is Danny Pattiwael, 36 years, live in Nijverdal, a small place in the Netherlands. I love all kind off carsports, like F1, WTCC, BTCC, Rally cars etc etc.
I'm also interested in racing games. I own GTR (1 and 2), GTL, Race, Race07, Richard Burns Rally, rFactor. But I played these kind of games for a while now. Started with MicroProse Grand Prix 1

, then a few Colin Mcrae games.
My hobbies vary from racegames (obviously) to other games such as FPS games (COD2, COD4, CS Source etc) and RTS games (Command & Conquer, Zero-Hour). I also like to cruise in my car, listen & play music.

Hope to drive soon with u all, allthough I haven't played in a while, cause of studying and stuff.

Found the old RPM site whwn i started online racing and then i was hooked on it , a big fan of all motorsports.

Hi y'all...

I'm pauliebhoy 39yrs young hehe... and stay in Glasgow, you know that nice place in Scotland lol.
I recently ran with a lot of you guys in the Mini07 League races and i have to say i had a great time with very gentleman drivers around me throughout the different groups.
I've got a drive in the World WTCC League with a Seat Leon and my team is "American Pitbull Terrier Racing" so i'm looking forward (can't wait) to that kicking off.
I'm still looking for a team mate (sorry to plug this hehe...) so anybody wanting to join me can do it through the gpcos site...
Anyway enough of me babbling on and i hope to see y'all on .trk soon.

Hello everyone,

No surprise that my real name is also Ramon van Rijn, 37 years currently and married with Barbara. We have 2 kids named David (4) and Ruben (1).
Utrecht (The Netherlands) is my birthtown and after some moving around I came back to it.

Some of you will know me from Syncro-Racing, where I started my real online driving experience with Race07 and rFactor. I was even Admin/Staffmember for some months but I am currently retired. But I still drive also there.
Since end last year I was also introduced at RSC to create the pre-qualify stats and Livetiming website.
Currently I am admin/staffmember of RaceDepartment, which I am proud of.

Games I own are basicly too much to name here, but for simracing I will drive in GTR2, Race07, ARCA and when there is time available also rFactor and GT Legends.

My timeframe for racing is very limited, regular nights are Tuesday and Wednesday for me; which is excellent for the Wednesday night leagues

The only goal(s) I have at RaceDepartment is to make this one of the best driver friendly and fair environment for Racing.
Can't wait to meet you lots on track.

Hello Gents

I have been generally a bit of gaming sadcase from the time it was hitting the little white square with your little white oblong with the "Binatone" console my dad brought home one day and put in front of me and my brother,through the ages we saw the Sinclair SpectrumZX,then onto Atari ST and Amigas,now its time for PC's and i think my first experience of real "Sim Physics" came with Papyrus IndyCar Racing,many hours of fun with analogue joystick.
The arrival of the internet and online racing sessions became my new religion,TOCA2 holds some fine memories of my first taste of league action,then GPL was introduced to me and i never looked back from there,ran in the UKGPL Group2 league for a while and this was my first experience of more organised and strictly marshalled and stewarded racing online.
The EA F1 series of sims never really got hold of me,but the mod GTR from SimBin was a must have,i started a great little community for GTR via Mirc where we would meet and organise some great fun races,i still think there is nothing like the realtime chat-room environment for making a real good close racing community,some nights there would be no racing,just chat-room banter and jokes,and general pisstaking

GTR2 is amongst my favourites now as well as Race07,been running with some moderate sucess in the No Grip GTR2 league,and first met you guys here through the delightfull Mini League,i find myseld leaning towards Race07 more and more as time goes by.
My real life motorsport claims are quite meager and modest,after going up to the local kart club at BoyndieDrome in Banffshire Scotland,i knew within minutes of seeing the first heats that i would have to get involved,i started in the 100C "Clubman" class and was instantly blown away by the performance of a 100cc 2stroke powered kart! :eek:,but human nature being what it is.....i ended up going to the 125cc National class with 6 speed sequential gearbox,never felt so happy and "Alive!" in my life,unfortunately the costs involved wore me down and i had to sell up,i think if it wasnt for sim racing online i could well become seriously mentally ill,or at least even more mentally ill than usual.
Look forward to plenty of races here amongst you guys!.

My name is David Lemon, I live in Ballywalter N.Ireland and have been sim racing for about six months, I recently competed in the mini league and found it fantastic,really good fun so much so that I've now recruited another three speed freaks from Ballywalter and formed the team Screaming sours. I've also raced motorcycles here in ireland and uk both on circuits and roads for about 23yrs.. that's right 23 YEARS!!! and i am still racing with my first race of the season in two weeks, looking forward to Donnington this weekend, see you all their...keep her lit David

Been racing for a couple of years on and off mostly off and im crap tbh. In the few online races ive had ive been lapped and no where near as fast as the rest. So hopefully with more practice and the help of some friendly online races ill improve.

Hi everybody

I am Jojo and my real name is Jose Ferreira 56 years old, I'm from Macau, I run a Disco club with table dance in New Century Hotel.

I start to watch Macau Grand Prix race when I was only 2 years old and I never missed any of the race in every year until today.

In 1975 I join the race in Macau with a BMW 2002tii and in 1976 I join again with the Alfa Romeo GTV, after that I never join anymore but only in Karting.

I like fair driver, I can't tell you how much I hate those wreckers, but here in Racing Club we don't have wreckers so everybody can enjoy there races

There is one more thing that I will like to say is: I am so happy that I can be a member of the Racing Club and here I can learn a lot.

Hi all,

I'm South African, 41 years old, I've always been into gaming since the days of the Atari 2600, I really got into racing (i.e. wend a bought a wheel) when Toca 2 came out and then GPL and Sports Car GT came out and that was the end of that

.

I've been involved in running leagues since '99/2000, first offline then online and I'm currently server admin for the South African Racing League (LFS, rFactor and GTR2).

I'm a complete touring car nut (to the point where I bought an Alfa 155, rosso alfa with black 6 spoke mags) so I obviously love Race

but I'll race anything, really.

My PC is sims only, all other gaming is done on consoles.
