Great mod, but I can't handle the car in the oval. I turned the steering wheel only, just a little bit and the car is keep doing oversteer. Can you recommend any setups for the oval?
I am not 100% sure but for me that started after the 1.4.8.1 update before that it was perfect guess there is some adjustments you can do to reduce bite of the front tires...weight jacker possibly?

really can't believe people giving these guys a lousy 3 stars just cause they don't like gear ratios or ...something. EVEN THO mod itself specifically says it's (Road Version)
you gave them 5 or nothing and if you have any problems, remarks or advice you come here, on discussion section
c'mon !?
So what they should all give it 5 because you say so ?
Can they please not have opinions shoved down their throat simply because it rubs you the wrong way.

What fanboys.

Well to each their own but I think its a fantastic mod. And unless you have been living under a rock us indycar gamers haven't had much to smile about in recent years and outside of iracing this is where it is. I own all of them I wish they were all awesome but they aren't

The easiest way is to always download from the main RD page of the mod or the download button at the top of this page... As that will be the latest version... This has all the aero kits...

The ghost halo is a separate optional download...
Appreciate the time! I bought a gaming pc to race Indy cars and various formula 1 years/classes as ea has destroyed the F1 franchise. I love the cars you’ve built- simply beautiful. After dropping the mod in I now have the Indy logo group under the various car classes menu. I have retained the generic Reiza USA 3 formula 2023 car class as well. I suppose that’s normal. But the reiza USA formula USA generic Indy 2
car class o perform so much better than the modded cars. I am not complaining- being new to pc, Ams2, and modding I’m sure I’ve made a mistake or two- any insight ? Thanks and cheers

As a mod developer answer to my question, it should due to the new tyres physics that impact with setup. He said that should be fixed in a next mod update.

Has this mod received the new physics like the F-USA cars or we have to wait for 1.5?

Yes it has already got the latest public tyre updates and whatever the final pieces for the 1.5 update will automatically be added when the game is updated...

We are unsure what exactly this final update to the tyre code will do to the way the mod behaves so we are in a little bit of a holding pattern with it...

The new tyres have a lot of grip at the front in comparison to the old tyres...

I suggest taking all front wing out, adding some rear wing and maybe moving the CG forwards or stiffening the front ARB...

For all versions move the brake bias further to the rear as you don't want to lock up the fronts on the road or short oval versions... The softs especially don't last past 2 or 3 lock ups...

It's not a great fix but the new tyres have forced Reiza to work in different ways regarding aero and we are trying to follow their adjustments via reverse engineering atm... Then we'll devise a new physics set for the Indycar mod that is based on what we did before but will include revisions based on the feedback we've recieved...

My normal spot I get the bootfile hasnt posted the file for 1.5. Is that normal, does it take them a while to do it. I realize they do it for coffee, just asking.
