Why can't he tell it publicly then?

For whatever reason it seems publicly announcing licenses is problematic. Kunos obtained the Blancpain licnese in 2016 but did not make it public until earlier this year. SMS strongly hinted they have the Fast and Furious license in September last year but there has been no official announcement yet.

Anybody remember the official GTR3 ingame-sounds Webpage from 2011 ?

These ingame sounds were extracted from what became Raceroom.
So, it was mostly showcasing the R3E sounds in the end.

The present GTR3 though, is a completely new title, that has nothing to do with the 2011' GTR3 webpage

What if developers are waiting for each other to release their "big news"? Reiza is also silent with rF2 bundle and next title. Maybe its just a simple waiting game they are playing between themselves. They shouldnt really care about PR too much, as we (customers) will buy any product if its good.. we tend to forgive and forget quickly
