Hi guys, I'm not used to ask for a release date, but this time I have to make an exception. A friend of mine asked me to create him a livery for the 2018 season of his championship, so I planned to start it for FH2017.
Obviously I would prefer to create it for FH2018 so to avoid doing the work twice: is the the release planned for the first GP of the season?

hey CC I saw a cool thing (what I Think is cool lol) over at facebook acfl is making the 2018 mod I know not a lot of fans here but they created sparks under the car that comes out of the back can you guys do something like this?

Yes all this stuff is visually pleasing maybe at 50 meters away,
I was playing around with these features like this back in 2014, I was the 1st person to ever make the brake discs glow inside AC,s engine and everyone was complaining on the forums about modders adding more features than the DEV,s,
this is something that is random, its not controlled by the car touching the ground the system I actually created for this 4 years ago was visually more pleasing, I know my way around this engine and its features more than most maybe why my name is in the credits idk,

unless you can actually create the sparks depending on the cars ride height and distance from the ground then personally I see no use for it, and specially no use to contact David and Ali about anyways,
we only implement features that are convincing and realistic, but this engine is so limited to be adding such items, in 2015 I created sparks on the brake discs also which I still have not seen anyone do before and that was 3 years ago, I see this engine in the palm of my hand I want something I create it no questions asked, but it depends how realistic does it look to the end user and watching that video I am not convinced but thanks for sharing the post

On a side note I spent almost days making the tailpipes glow on the hybrid 2017,
in which not 1 single person has ever commented on in 1 year, I mean you seen that before also

so assetto cant bottom out the cars and give it an effect like this question because your mods I believe have bottoming out sounds if I am not mistaking ?

or was it someone else?( think it was the Williams fw37 by VRC)

The thing is man,
If I had the free time to make all these features I could make the best features this game ever saw period no questions asked,
its something maybe 1-2-3% of people even care about,
Like ACFL are a great team small like us, but I wouldnt mind if the car was perfect and then they was adding extra features and sparks the Halo for starters is not even under 2018 regulations its all wrong from the rules and regulations,
but then they are adding sparks, there is nothing wrong with all these things but I have spent months making the car mm perfect to within the regulations and its not simple stuff,
so on one hand you have a car than meets 0 regulations but has sparks but on the other hand you have a mm perfect car within the regulations its all a question of choice/preference.

I know how to make the sparks work and make them contact the ground and look amazing but in all honesty who cares ?
