The race will be the Hungarian round that was postponed, it also means that we are level with Darren's Championship in terms of running the same race at the same weekend unless people want to move ahead.


Every member has been contacted in regards to the championship races (including those that turned up last Sunday)


There is a 5 point deduction coming from the next race (this Sunday) for those that fail to turn up with that causing a race to be postponed as i think it isnt fair on those that take the time to come online at the time and waste 30mins only to be told the race isnt going ahead due to people either forgetting or not bothering to be present.


If you cannot make a race please say so rather then just not turning up. its the decent thing to do

Crap!! on full fuel I was around 6 seconds slower on my practice runs yesterday so I need ot improve there BIG time.

I had options in last night for that test on full fuel and got to lap 16 without too many problem (LF orange on 16th lap) so I shouldn't have too many tyre wear problems in the race.

No idea what the new release date is but I try to test the software an hour or so before each league race so if there are any problms I can get it sorted.

doing some practice now so far doing a 1:31:86, just getting no grip from the primes and every time im on a pb i either spin it in the stadium or infront of the merc grandstand

with option tyres and abt 5 laps of fuel i did a 1:22.269 and thats my personal time on expert, would anyone agree that doing career mode on expert is a good way to learn with no assists

Yes Andrew, I would agree.
Throttle control is the big one. Read JF Mattes piece in the thread re silverstone about the string from the wheel to the big toe on your accelerator foot.

Personally I do career with Auto Box, Pit limiter, Pit Box assists only and all sims full except Fuel. 50 % race dist.Have just finished season 2 of 7 last night (with a win at Abu Dhabi!). 139 points 7th in WDC, Lotus 6th in WCC.
However for League practice/setups I use GP Mode in the Red Bull.
I haven't got a lap time for Germany as my career race this season was wet.
1st season in Lotus I had 1m.19s but with TCS and ABS.
Will do some tonight.

how does the formation lap thing work?
is it just moving in to order of slowest to quickest and then a rolling start on lap 2?
is there no quali?

also i know about the FI pit bug but does anyone know how likely it is to happen?
i'm running mid-high 1,17s in the Force India so am just praying it doesn't ruin my race

I think if you have a read of the original post and post # 70,74,78. and we'll talk in XBL party B4.
but it is fastest (cars) at the front.
Re the bug, not sure but I think we need you to announce (on the lap) when you plan to pit so the rest of us can stay out of the pit lane.

Wouldnt it be better to vote for a track this week and the next week have the German track? As we will be more prepared closer to the race.

We could all decide on a track in the lobby or something.
