It was fun to start with but i do think some definite rules should be put down to start with. This should include having the decency to wait until everybody is ready to race instead of just clicking go race straight away. You might be ready but it doesnt mean others are. In the second race I was still sorting out race strategy when the timer to race came up which totally messed me up and so went in with wrong setup and strategy. We are all supposed to be decent racers here. As for driver assist i couldnt care less which ones are on and which ones are off in fact if it gets the numbers up to a full grid then allow everybody to use what they like. The only one i use is the racing line when not sure on the braking points. A manual gear driver will always be faster than an auto driver. No abs and traction control allows you to take corners faster because it doesnt kick in if you start to slip so i dont see what the problem.

This is only my opinion.

agreed about the setup before the race. There should be at least a minute to sort it all out etc.. Ive learnt to be quick if i have no saved setup but that does mean guessing a bit with custom setups ocasionally.

Damn, I'd love to join you guys. 7AM est is a bit early for me, and I can't spend 5hrs racing. Is it possible to join for just one of the races? Or is that too much to ask? Maybe someone could message me when the 3rd or last race will begin?

Well this is my first time hosting so if that is possible then yes I don't mind unless anybody else object's ? It is just for fun after all ! Look for my name in GWL then message me when you are ready and I will invite you to join the next race ! please state your team.

Sounds good, I suppose I will be supplying my own fuel.

At Erik: I thought the 20% takes about 40min at least. Unless time just flies by when I race. If that's the case I guess I'll wake up a tad earlier.

[Edit] I changed my mind. I'll come for the whole thing. Sign me up for Renault! Also, I'm not sure how the in-game chat works with the microphones. Anyone have any experience with it?

Naw, 20% at Monza is 10 or 11 laps, it'll be shorter races. =) Qualification 15 min, race say around 20 mins. 40 mins per track maybe.
