Hello, so I can't get it to work either, when I change drivers I get disconnected, when I insert the save I'm connected, I don't have a run.vbs but a run.bat file... when I open it for the first time, the question also arises Custom Save, yes or no? somehow I can't get any further

Same in here, but I hope it is being solved. Other than that, really great editor. I succeeded once with the driver's transfer... but I can't even remember how I did it, so it was a fluke. The rest of the time, it crashes.

I have an error when i try to use it,

So now i have the database but not able to connect. This error is not in the troubleshot guide.
I tried on windows 10 and windows 11 24H2.
I was using a lot database, on an older version of windows 11 but since i installed a new windows it don't work anymore.
If someone have the same issue, can you please help me, or tell me were i can find help.

I fixed it, what i did :
Install python through microsft store as it's said in troubleshot guide
Installed nodeJs current version
And disabled microsoft defender when i ran run.bat

When I attempt to edit a save with a 11th team now, the facilities section all show none (picture attached), won't let me add or decrease them, and then ruins the save from there, usually requiring me to move or delete everything from my saved folder (sometimes non-edited saves work afterwards, but edited saves continue to make the game crash whether they were the original problem or not). I was really enjoying using it, and it appears I might still be able to use it for non-create a team saves, but the last one that wasn't create a team caused it as well, I was about 5-7 days out from a race so I didn't use it during a race weekend.

I have a question
If I edit the Alpine engine, does the game bug out? I mean if Alpine turns their engine from Renault to Ferrari let's say? Does the game crush? is it coded that alpine must have renault or not? can anybody help with this?

When trying to load up the editor, i get an error when it is "preparing metadata". it says it did not run successfully. It launches but just says disconnected. Does anyone know how to fix?
