NGP ROUND 2 @ Suzuka - Sunday February 27th 2011

For the second round of the RDNGP we will be going to the land of the rising sun. Suzuka Japan
The track famous for its f1 history is a fast sweeping track with some intresting points in it In sector 1 you have the fast series of corners going uphill and and at the back of this circuit you have the famous 130R corner wich brings you to the last chicane and on to the start finish straight

Last round was a victory for team Portugal who look very strong this year What will it be here, on this track everything is possible!!
Practice: 30 minutes starts at 20:00 GMT
Qualification: 30 minutes starts at 20:30 GMT
Race: 20 laps starts at 21:00 GMT
Weather: Dry

Tough one Phil! Important thing is that you finished 7th despite being off pace. Most important thing to do is finish and that's what you did. I reckon there'll be more unintentional collisions due to the netcode which may work our way. Reasonable start to the season.

Let's just do our best to finish and stay out of trouble and see where it gets us.

Yep, that's the strategy to take I think. I've noticed my lap times are always better when I'm actually on the track!

Sorry een beetje laat maar goed ,hier nog een kort verslag van de race op Laguna Seca.
Na niet veel tijd gehad te hebben om te oefenen ging het dus zwaar in de qualy. In de sessie kreeg ik van Nigel de tip om de vleugel op vol te zetten. Dat was direct een verbetering omdat ik op 12-8 aan het rijden was en de achterkant nerveus was.Na de tip kon ik ook voor Nigel blijven en vanaf plek 6 beginnen. De race was een flinke chaos vooral de start, ik moest nog bijtanken en kon daarna de "go to grid" button niet vinden. Dus start uit de pitlane en als 12e de race in. Na wat inhaal acties en wat fortuinlijke ongelukjes van anderen was ik ineens 4e !!
Het kon nog dacht ik........ tot dat ook de muur mijn race beroerd maakte. Uiteindelijk drie keer moeten pitten vor schade en als 7e over de finish. Kon beter en Adalaide ga ik ook zeker beter scoren.
