Correct, they can not be moved or resized.

The plan was only files needed for the car to work, we wanted to avoid all teams having helmets, driver suits and extra wheels as it puts increased pressure on all drivers systems and can cause stress to the server.

It was just for presentation, i know about this

Should of waited for the official templates, then you wouldn't have that issue

The original reason for the fixed position was the fact that we had worked on glow in the dark numberplates so we could see the class colour and number at night, they looked really good you could ask them to re-think the positioning rules as the glowing plates are not being used.

Numberplates and Banner

There are fixed numberplates and a window banner in the templates, do not edit them.
You can add your car number on the plates, this is the number you have submitted when signing up and can be found in the entry list here.

For a one off event it really is unnecessary to have driver suits, helmets and custom wheels, especially when half the race is in the dark...You might see them as being small but look at it like this.

52 teams all running helmets, wheels and suits, 52x3MB = An extra 150+ MB of memory needed for "bling" when rF only utilises around 2GB of memory...

No driver suits, ok. No helmets, also ok. But no colored rims really ruin the overall look of some cars. At least black (or dark/bright) rims (1x BBS, 1xOZ) would´ve helped a lot. Rims are essential for a solid livery, every painter knows what i´m talking about.

DXT1 is the one to use for main body texture in any case (except for Panoz).

Is it useful to apply the 4GB Patch when you've got a PC with 8GB Ram?

I am not 100% sure never tried it, apparently its quite affective but only works on x64 systems.
