Not everyone is accepted yet as I understand. We will have final entry list soon. Only a handful have been selected so far. I think that's what's happening.

Not 100% sure what you mean, both day and night test servers communicate with each other and list all the fastest lap times by all the drivers that have registered a lap on the server. During a race, it gives much more detailed info about a drivers lap times, sectors, damage, strategy and a number of other things.

Its a great tool and stops people sitting on the server and spectating.

Ok , i drove yesterday some rounds at the day trainserver , but cant find my name in the entry list .I will try later this day again and see what happens

At Liveracers i only see a server thtas called "Racedepartment 24 Test R" is this the one who should display all times ?
