Is disqualification correct for this ?

I have been disqualified for the final round for not
filing an absence report.
I did practice 1&2 and qualy
My PC locked up 2 mins from the end of qualy.
By the time I had rebooted the race had started.
It seems a harsh penalty.
I am waiting a reply from Admin in case this is just
an error.A PM would be good.
Meanwhile best of luck to all drivers at Macau, and
its been great driving with you in this championship.
