yes, we got that e-mail, and i already put you for absence list yesterday morning because of this, so you are not on the list, do not worry.
Which list you are looking at, the livetiming? It is not going to be updated never after pre-qualy closed, official results and starting grids are always posted on the forum:

Jose, this is a League race, for which you need to sign up at GPCOS, and for the tonight race there was a pre-qualification running from Monday to Thursday, to determine who can drive in which groups for the points, if you did not made a pre-qualy lap, unfortunately you can not race tonight...

Official servers will start at 18 GMT / 20 CET with the following setup

Practise 1: 120 min
Practise 2: 30 min
Qualy (closed): 30 min
Races: 2*14 laps
Password: as in GPCOS

Voting on the servers are strictly forbidden!
