Overall great work, but it has a fatal flaw. There are places where the white line (edge of track limits) doesn't reach the wall, and so using all the space available is PUNISHED instead of rewarded, since there is almost no grip outside of the white line. Very counter-intuitive for a street track. I understand you don't want people abusing track limits, but that's what the walls are for.

For example, there is a patch of the low grip surface deep into the braking zone on the left side at the end of the first DRS zone, which causes lockups and spins. Running all the way out to the wall at the exit of the 3-part chicane near the Sphere is a death sentence. Running out to the wall on the right for the corner just before the strip is a sure way to lock the front right tire, and probably spin on turn-in. Same with the chicane at the end of the strip.

If you moved the white line to the edge of the wall, or just made the surface outside of it equally grippy to the racetrack, I would easily give this 5 stars, but as it is, it is incredibly frustrating to push to the limit.
Great Track! Can't wait to see more improvements made to it, such as lighting to fit real life, and the many Ball Texture updates! The general layout is pretty much perfect, though, and I really love how the turns have been changed (T1 specifically.) There are great things to come with this track!
The track and the environment its awesome, i love racing on this track. My only comment its that now after the T1 update all the AI cars are crashing on the pitlane exit, they just turn straight to the wall

Sounds like maybe you have the old AI lines still. please delete the whole folder, and do a fresh install. Hopefully this fixes the issue.
Great efforts and your tracks are always of the best quality amongst all modders!

However, I think this track is too wide, have not enough trackside objects around and some buildings don't have lights at night, which makes me feel like I'm driving at a empty city. We would appreciate if you could recitfy these issues in your next update!

By the way, take a look at F123's iteration of Las Vegas Street Track, I think you can lend a few inspirations from them :) :

Top notch work as always man! Thank you for the consistent updates on this magnificent track.
Its a 5 star circuit thats for sure - you've done such a good job - one negative for me - it lags like hell in VR - not quite sure what you can do about that, but open to any settints suggestions you may have. I've turned settings down and even turned off Post Processing but its very choppy in the goggles.

Also one other small point, wouldn't mind an extra bit of light down at Turn One, its a tad dark!

I do really want to say a big thank you for this though, my comments aside this is amazing work
Absolutely amazing, had a lot of fun racing with friends earlier tonight! Insane amount of work put into this track for such a short amount of time, awesome work!
Thanks for your amazing work! I hope more updates are to be followed, such as more buildings, surface and textures etc. There's one thing I would like to be fixed is the start/finish line looks like it's just after the slight turn irl, whereas your track seems to be further away.
Great work, tracks is really good.

Because you updated the track to 3.2, the extension from Pryyer doesn't work anymore as it was based on 3.0
Amazing Job so far! I know youre doing a lot more for this track and for us, I cant wait to see you progress!
Awesome! Hoping you'll improve the trackside cameras a bit too.
I love every bit of it
Awesome job thank you!
Thank you!
thanks verry good
lovely - thanks
Outstanding, great updates. Thank you.
Massive improvement with V3.2 - thank you very much for your hard work ! :)
Looks absolutely stunning. One of the nicer looking mods around.
