It's time for Verstappen to mature some more, the 'kid' or 'rookie' veneer has to go now. Along with the impetuous moves.
He has sufficient races under his belt to show his fellow racers (and us) just what kind of man he is.
Right now I'm half holding my breath just hoping he isn't going to cause an unnecessary 'something'.
Vettel was unfortunate being the victim of a Verstappen 'something'.

Verstappen has great talent and great skills. But in my opinion he misses the so called race intelligence, which has proven in such incidents.

Race intelligence means, that in this very short time period, when Vettel drives the corner too wide, he evaluates all circumstances to make the best decision for him and his race result. His car was far better at this stage and Vettel was easily staying on track. So the only conclusion was to make another try later.

Verstappen did the opposite: Head down and through the wall.

It's the exact same wrong behavior, which Damon Hill showed in 1994 when he missed the title at Adelaide. Schumi had hit the wall hard, so it was obvious he could be overtaken from there on. But Hill steamed into the first gap, which wasn't clearly there.

It will be interesting to watch, if Verstappen can really learn from this or if he will repeat such things from time to time.

So and Max is dangerous and a dickhead? Man oh man, F1 has become a much to clean racing railroad sport, much to clean and boring! Even a star like Senna made a lot of mistakes. Look what Hamilton did wen starting F1. Now F1 can't cope with Max. Hope he stays doing his thing, sorry for the boring drs railroad racing lovers.:D:p:D:p:devilish:

Now that's just unnecessary sillyness but it does showcase that even when faced with the facts you rather want to be blinded by chauvinism just because Max shares your nationality.

This time he was wrong and when he makes a overtake nobody expects he is briljant. Its a fine line between both. The crash with Vettel was stupid because he had a much faster car but when you watch the replay back you can see there is a gap if he could have hit the inside curb. Maybe he has to calm down a little but im glad he acted like a grown man and made his excuses to Vettel and took the full blaim. Hope he doesnt change to much because of this incident because the F1 is allready boring enough with all the save driving.
