yes i'm dutch, but i'm going to throw in an unbiased view:
the kid has talent, and is brilliant most of the time. only to ruin that brilliance by messing up himself (looking at you monaco 2015). mexico last year proved that when he controls a race he's in a league of his own, but too many times he wants to rush it. normally i would get on the edge of my seat if verstappen approached a hamilton or vettel, because i knew it was going to be an exciting battle, today i was on the edge of my seat as well, but this time fearing he was going to lose his front wing again on someone's car.
calling him dangerous goes too far imo, all these people that say he only takes other drivers out really need to look at the statistics, as there are just a few occasions were a battle between him and someone else resulted in a crash/dnf (hungary 2017, monaco 2015, spa 2016, melbourne 2015). I don't know what is wrong with him this year, but in my view he's way too eager to move up the field, tries to rush it and screw himself and others in the process. Dangerous? no. but he really needs to learn to be patient and starts planning his moves, as the all or nothing approach doesn't work anymore
