No.
When doc303 painted the 1994 liveries before the 1994 Season Mod came to F1 2012, the drivers were left unchanged.

I've just installed the 2014 Season Mod on my computer before starting to skin the cars.

Almost finished. Just put some nuts, screws and that's all.
Put the Eibach springs , OZ Racing logo onto the rear wing inside.
This is the final version of these 2 cars. Only specocc needed. Will do that tomorrow or Sunday.

It isn't. The UV layout are not the same. And editing them requires quite a knowledge. As chargingcar said once ago without the xbox one devkit it's not really possible.
