3DS file is for CINEMA 4D, 3DS Max, Keyshot and these programs to render a preview of the car without playing the game and do a screenshot.
The PSD file should be a 3D model of the car, there's the texture.

Every car is easy to me. You just need to know its parts and you'll be ok.
Here's the left side, quite glitchy, but looks fine.

That's why I asked. I know all the cars, and I know Williams is the hardest one to skin, I've experienced these glitches myself
