when i try and download it does download but when i try to open it is just a word file with the code and theres no proper files i dont know whats wrong with it and if you can help it would be great

the highlighted piece is the part i am stuck on because it doesnt say open with or anything

thats all it says when i right click on it im on a laptop if that means anything forget that i think i have it figured out

Just try to rename your documents/Assetto Corsa folder. This will reset your AC/CSP settings. Select Sol or Pure again in weatherFX and try again. If this works, a setting causes that.

Okay, I tested as you said, the game tries to run but it immediately crashes, I noticed that when it runs clear weather, the csp crash screen is the same as before, but if it runs rain changes to this one. Again, thanks for the help.

In Windows 11 you have a "show all. Options" or something in that context menu.

Which version of Pure?
You can also open CSP Lua Debug app ingame and look for a tab with a red dot. Then switch to it and expand the error and show it.

New CSP preview is out!

If you are trying this, please install the new Content Manager first!!!
Then install CSP with the link on the bottom of the patreon post!!!

To select the weather controller like Sol 2.4, which is necessary for Sol Planner, you do this now in the Drive menu. Click on the weather, there you see a submenu "controller". More things will come there.

If you like to try the new CSP update, please do this:
First install the new Content Manager!!!
This is very important!

Then install the latest puplic version CSP 0.179 !!!

Then click on the link inside the CSP preview post:
This will force CM to install the latest CSP preview version.

In the new CSP preview version, the weather controller was moved!
To select the Sol 2.4 controller, to use Sol Planner app, goto Drive menu!

Installed SOL 2.2.7 to new CM w the latest preview 218 but does not show up and cant click to change weather as shown. Maybe some stuff i havent yet delete which prob may have caused it but im currently not in the mood to diagnose the problem. Would appreciate the help n will send the necessary sc or info need to fix my problem

Installed the new CM and latest CSP preview 218 w SOL 2.2.7 as i was running an old one, couldnt click the weather box as shown. Tried reinstalling csp cm and sol but to no avail. Turns out that eventho i installed SOL 2.2.7, weather style on Weather FX will not show the usual SOL 2.2 or smth along those line. So im not sure where did the file go when i installed it. Or it should have been on the weather controller on Drive but again unable to click it. Currently not in the mood to diagnose further into the issue, will give the necessary info needed to fix it.

Perfect, runs like a charm with 2.4 Controller and 218 prev.

So preview 218 with pure 0.165 and 2.4 is way too bright even if you tweak settings(Sol is fine).
Preview 115 kinda works but I don't have controller script neither in "drive" as it is in the 218 nor in "weather fx". Any suggestions? Looks like something is very off...
edit - so lets forget about 115 and try to make sense of 218. Most likely something in CSP settings makes ppfilters unplayable (bright), will try to reset every extension.
fix - For everyone out there having similar issues. Just uninstall CSP and install new one, not install directly above old.
