This is kinda sweet, i modified a 330mm wheel to fit the G27 center hub, and filed down
the metal to be able to keep the rev-lights! =)

Standard sized wheel feels a bit small even tho the G27 is a nice wheel.

And the reworked pedals.

Just wanted to post a little addition to my franken-rig. I was looking for a mini keyboard I could use with my T500rs etc. Bought a couple of cheap Chinese keyboard/touchpad pieces of crap from ebay but nothing really suited and while I llike my Logitech T650 touchpad and K810 keyboard since I couldn't properly mount it I kept searching. Then I remembered I had a Sony Keypad for the PS3 which is never used.

I ripped it open, removed the rear catch (you may not want to as it latches onto the rear of the T500rs perfectly, snapped off the lower front clasp (again no real need as it actually bends out) attached some velcro and viola.

I'm on Windows 8 and it pairs as a normal BT device although you may want to sue the Motionjoy software as it appears to be less twitchy as a touchpad.

So now I have a wheel mounted keypad and with a press of the middle button it turns into a touchpad. May be useful to somebody. They run about €10 these days as the PS3 is EOL. Cheers.

Awesome mod @Juris
Cheers. I just have to tidy it up a little bit and remove the glue I got stuck on the wheel before the velcro brainwave hit me. I have another T500rs standard rim arriving soon and an F1 rim so may get another to try with those or just pull off and swap out this keypad instead. I wish it were backlit but I guess if your lighting isn't too bad it should be fine. Just got a new iMac with a 780m so as soon as I have it setup correctly I'll give it a blast with Assetto.
