I've noticed that smaller mistakes that result in larger slip angles aren't punished as much with the RSS cars. I can "overdrive" the Lambo and still run a 2:17 lap around Spa.

Ye they seem generally easier to drive, but you would expect that from the next gen of GT cars. It been happening steadily since the 90's early 2000's.
