It was a proper session with the both of us, as we did crash into each other on track

So the DDS format doesn't impact anyone else and just depends on how powerful my own PC is ?
I'll use the 32 bpp in that case. Thanks.

Filesize of dds is how much RAM it'll use; eg. 30 skins of 20MB each is 600MB, 30 skins of 5MB each is only 150MB of video ram. For people w/ 2GB cards it's a pretty big chunk of memory, for 4GB or more it's fine to use either.

And sitting in the grandstands at Stowe with the V8 F1 cars clunking through the gearbox. You could hear the gear changes from Stowe when they turned into the hangar straight.

But as much as I like Silverstone my trip to Barcelona and watching and hearing f1 cars screaming down the start finish straight whilst sitting on a hill on the opposite side of the circuit has so far been unbeatable.

yeh alex, agree with the gearbox sounds, but we always had seats in maggots stand, 4 years running, in 1988 omward , think it was mansell ferrari years, schumaker bennetton? and coz it was only 50 odd laps, it was like a quick right to left turn of head 50 odd times, and lets go home! brands was way way better,
i was at brands in 76 lauda hunt, on paddock hill bend at 14 years old, sitting on an inservice fire engine, never forget that, few weeks before that they used to have goodyear tyre test days,, i was able to, in the pits, to actually lean into the cockpit of jody schecktor tyrell six wheeler, and Ken Tyrell was talking into jody ear opposite me! i was 14, got a pic somewhere, they were the days, smoke, tyres burning, and driving swigging rum n coke as they got into cockpit , with a fag in mouth ( fag a ciggarette ,not the other type, although james a bit sus) ONLY KIDDING

Could somebody maybe help me out? I am experiencing severe tyre graining (over 1% a lap).
I got it down a lot by taking care of my own steering behaviour, I managed to reduce it from 9-11% to 4-5% in 4 laps, but I feel there is something to gain in the setup as well. Does anybody have some tips?
