Elysium Make Deal With Lambourghini, Make Final Livery Change
Elysium Racing Team have made a deal with Lamborghini to use their engines for the first 3 races of the season. Team Manager Jordan Bradford said "For us we feel it's the best engine on the market at the moment and it definitely saw us being competitive last season. We hope with further development it will see us through to some Top 5 and even Podium finishes."
They also make a Livery change switching to Red and White.

Quick question, do you change the setup per race, or is it a better idea to make a more averaged setup?

Maximum you can change is 10 points between each race with setup testing (unless you get a setup points from risky research). So you need to find a good balance. Having a setup oriented at some values may also bring great success at certain races. To be honest, I don't have a clear answer to your question. It is up to your targets.
Setup testing is unnecessary right now as you can distribute your setup points freely at the beginning of the season.
