I thought GMT = Greenwich mean time which is London time lol but that's fine, I can make races now where I thought I wouldn't be able to. Happy days!

Just joined the server on my laptop to see if all was OK and I can report no problems so hopefully everything will still be OK later.

After reading about the Race07 problems over the last couple of days, I just went onto the server to see if it runs ok and it did.
So I deceided to stay for the Estoril race and used the 407, which I haven't in a long time, it was a good car to drive here.
Was a nice race with Justin close behind me all the time, so I couldn't affort to make big mistakes.
Tried to ration the tyres for the whole 30 minutes, which worked out a little bit, but they were gone at the end anyway

Nice little crowd today! Tire maintenance was a big deal. Mark was on my heels early and I had to keep my cool and not work the tires. Paid off but I was all alone.

All this talk of tire management had me in conservation mode.
Raced 2sec slower to save tires and ended up at the back - as usual.
Congrats to the podium and Dennis as usual for setting it up.

Race schedule for these ranked races is listed as Qual 19:00GMT and Race 19:30GMT for 30min. So I showed up at 18:15GMT to practice. Qual didn't start till 19:30GMT and race started at 20:00GMT. So I was a bit burnt out from all that practice. Whats the real race schedule and is ranked working now on Race07 ?

Thanks for tonight guys. My main aim being a noob is to finished the race and I'm managed that tonight although got lapped twice by the winner and runner up but I'm not bothered as I will keep practicing and hopefully not get lapped so much. I'm really enjoying this forum and you guys have been so helpful so many thanks for all your help so far and hope your patience doesn't run out lol.

Its great you have that outlook and it will help you immensely. We all started somewhere and the only way is up stick with only a couple of cars to start with until you are use to its characteristics. Its great having as many cars on the grid as possible no matter how quick they are
