Was thinking of DST and stuff.

Normally the races have started at 21:00 CET. Now they are starting 22:00CEST, and I thought that maybe that was a spell error. But obviously not. :)

CET is GMT+1 meaning that previously events (ie, official practice) were starting at 21:00CET. CEST is GMT+2 but RD events now start an hour earlier, meaning they start at 21:00CEST. No difference.

That's why we made the change... to compensate for DST.

Must have been kicking off in the midfield, the driving standards at the front were very good last night, (cannot speak for Race 1 as I ran off into the distance) Race 2 was one huge battle for the lead from start to finish, and during the whole race I only saw/encountered 2 minor bits of contact... One from My brother who managed to mess up his own race by spinning and crashing into me in the process, making my race alot harder (Dont' worry Nik, I'll get u back next time you are asking me for a setup ;) )

There was One other incident up front in race 2, having watched the replay several times it was just a case of 3 into 1 was never going to work, and it was all started by a very, very minor touch which in most sensible cars is no issue, but FF's offer no chance to save a slide.

As Nik said previously, the driving standards in the Formula Fords has been outstanding for the past few weeks in every race I have been involved in, and from where I was sitting this race was only different in the fact that there was more cars fighting for the same amount of track. If anyone feels hard done by or were upset by anyones driving then that is what incident reports are for. Best thing to do is to sleep on it, watch the replay the next day with a clearer head and decide what to do from there, NOT to jump onto the forum straight away to vent your anger!

Anyway, I had a blast last night, Was a great shame that Jari dropped connection before the race as I think we would have had a great scrap.

Q: Pole (due to Jari Dropping out)
R1: 1st
R2: 1st (just)

Thanks guys for a great race, and thanks again RD and Yves for Running the event

Thanks for the event.

I was almost half a second faster than anyone in race 1, but my pace was unstable, so after my mistake Jimi was far ahead until the end.

As for the second race... my computer suddenly shut down after a couple of laps. That's upsetting... there could be a nice battle.
