It was so good to see a full grid with the IFM's tonight. I race these awesome cars every week so I thought I should do quite well. But, as usual there were a lot of guys faster than me and I only qualified 18th out of 24. Oh well, never mind.

Race1 was good for me apart from a bit of a coming together on lap 1 at La Source between a recovering Stefan, Ethan who was trying to avoid Stefan, and me, where I felt I had tagged and caused Ethan to spin. So I waited for him to get back past me but I lost all momentum going up toward Eau Rouge which lost me a few more places. Anyway, got my head down and drove hard to finally recover to an 11th place finish, and very happy with that.

Race 2 started from 11th, and after the lap 1 chaos on the fast straight suddenly ended up 6th. I knew I had some fast guys behind me and felt a bit nervous, but throughout the rest of the race I tried to hold my line and cleanly defend to keep my position as best I could. Felt a bit bad for Renan on lap 5 when he tried to overtake but caught my back wheel and spun - I have studied the replay and I am sure I did not turn in on him, certainly not on purpose. Very sorry to see you retire after that Renan. The contact made me go off and so I lost a place to Bruno down to 9th. Somehow got back to 7th but on the final lap I couldn't hold off Carl who was so much faster than me, and so finished 8th. Extremely happy with that.

I love these cars, and hope to see more full grids in future. Many thanks to Bjorn and RD for setting up a very enjoyable event.

Okay, I've downloaded the car and track and taken her for a spin. Love her! But is there a fix for the menu so that an icon shows for the Escort? All I have is a blank. But it's the only blank, so I knew it was the Escort.

I should be more specific probably. I have an icon for the Escort herself. It's the page where you pick the car sets, such as WTCC or GT, etc. I must have done something wrong. I'm not that familiar with the file structure yet.

I found and copied three menubutton files from /Textures_Mamba into /Textures and that seemed to do the trick.
