Well,.....I couldn't sleep at all....i was (sea)sick of all the corners.....my eyes & brains where almost exploded. Men what a circuit. This is more a track for bikers "stop and go" circuit.
But i did have some nice fights on the playing field. My car setup was good enough, only my driving was terrible. Couldn't focus enough for one hour long. As sayed; i was afraid for my RF tyre, and yes the tarmac was eating them. I finished with only 44% left and all kind of warnings; "HOT TYRES"
So i have to give away my place @ the end. Otherwise i did climb up from place 16th to <5.
9th is also good.

And Chris i don't know how you do it, but i have big respect for you. I saw you many times cruising off road and bumping against a wall/fenses and you still managed to get back and take place 8th! Man you really deserved that place.

Lots of fun again, great track and cars to race.


Could have done a lot better, but when almost loosing my car on the curbs i caused problems to Rutger van de Zande. And had to wait for him to give my position to him. Placing me almost last.

Then in the same round Hugo Hekkenberg came back on track, had to brake really really hard, and couldnt avoid him anymore loosing also seconds. Hugo waited for me and he had to take a pitstop.

After that i really had to make some progress but the distance was to much to regain some positions. Only after my pitstop i could follow after Stefan who was on spot 5 (and was in front of him), watching him struggle to hold his place in which he did not succeeded.
After all i watch some great racing during the last laps when i was between pos. 5 and 9.

This was not my race

I was hit in lap 2 or 3 and that causes a lot of damage... Had to pit but my car was totally dead.

Again the Ferrari dominated the field.

I reliesed in the race that you were my target to pass in the early stages of the race so I was pushing as hard as possbile to pass you in the pits, think if I hadn't been pushing so hard I may of not had the few off's I did but I had some great fun battling passed people and making up places, car setup was good, but did feel sloppy once the tyres got under 80%, max I could do was 30mins on 1 set of tyres but ran with full fuel.
